Was excited to use mephisto had problems with ALL 15 seeds and im an experienced grower, left running 2 that look terrible, paid 100 for wedding and mango smile, ive emailed them to express my immense dissatisfaction, do not use this company , use greenhouse seeds instead and get good stable genetics, feel like ive been ripped off for over 100 dolars, i want my money back or replacement seeds or ill make it known everywhere, i want customer satisfaction for the money i paid

I wholeheartedly agree with the others who have been ripped off by this unscrupulous company: they’re totally profit driven and couldn’t care less about whether or not their unsuspecting customers get what they paid for: high quality, high germination rate and vigorous, healthy seeds. I paid them $90 for 10 Mango Smiles. Somehow, my order got mixed up, and I received Mango Frowns and Mango Midgets, instead. The first two I immersed - Mango Frowns - cracked, exposing the taproot, and that’s all the progress they made. The root never stuck out and never grew (see pic). Day after day, nothing changed until I threw the worthless shit down the drain. I notified Mephisto, sent them a picture and dunked two, more seeds. These proved to be Mango Midgets. Since I got my tent, two years ago, I have germinated 24 seeds from ILGM, Blimburn, Sweet Seeds and Seeds Supreme. They’ve had about a 90% success rate, producing healthy, vigorous seedlings that came up out of the soil in three to four days after immersion. I have successfully cared for these healthy seedlings, bringing 100% to a satisfying harvest of great bud. Enter the Mango Midgets. They are now 12 1/2 days from popping, and they have finally gotten as big as all the others were when they were 3-4 days old. That’s a big problem with autos! If they were photoperiods, I could just veg them an extra, two weeks to make up the difference. Not so with these runts. I’m getting closer and closer to yanking them and starting all over with the quality seeds I’ve received from the aforementioned, other companies - companies who show respect, prioritize their customers’ satisfaction and readily replace defective seeds (I’ve, honestly, had very few bad ones in my 50+ years of growing cannabis…until I got four in a row from Mephisto Genetics. I’m hoping that in the remaining, six seeds they sent me, there will be some actual, Mango Smiles among any, remaining Frowns and Midgets!). If these Mephisto piss-ants that are in my tent, now, don’t dramatically pick up the pace, soon, they can’t tie up my time, money and equipment for the next, three months, just for a half ounce between them!

Tammy, in Customer Disservice, said they’re the best in the business, and their shit don’t stink. If their seeds don’t perform, it must be that I, a gardener for 69 years who has just completed 7, very successful, cannabis grows, don’t know what I’m doing. Seriously. She told me to get over it - they don’t give a rat’s ass - and she sent me a link to their grow guide, so I can learn how to germinate and care for cannabis. Unbelievable! I can’t remember ever being treated so shabbily in all my business dealings!

In conclusion, please, do yourself a favor: stay away from these egotistical, condescending, ripoff artists, or be prepared to lose your investment of time and money. They can drop their prices to $1/seed; but I’ll never give them another cent of my money! This company is bad news. Don’t be taken in by the glitter and lights. Best breeder means nothing if you don’t take care of your customers and treat them like you want to be treated!

The seeds don’t arrive and the route app said I placed two orders which I didn’t. No Update after a week either. Don’t buy seeds from these noobs

Ordered on 11/11 Received 3 separate copies of the same order for my Route tracking.

Route says the seeds were delivered 11/18.
My mail-lady of 10 years says she never saw the package (I order 📦 constantly with no issues)

Mephisto is little help other than providing a link to Route who won't even entertain the idea a complaint until 11/25

I use Route alot and I've never received 3 copies of the same order, I'm guessing 🤔 my order got canceled in the process of deleting the other two?

4 out of 5 seeds didn't germinate. Contacted them they don't care. This will be my last purchase from them.

I placed an order for seeds they took my money and i never got the beans. Emails back and for still nothing. Started an investigation with post office they said mephisto genetics never delivered a package. Still no results. Very disappointed Mephisto genetics very disappointed ☹️

There are no refunds for defective goods.
Beware of this scam!! They don't even pretend to care at all

Not the fastest but that doesn't bother me. The auto's on the other hand are second to none. They can thank the YouTube community for their U.K exposure as they are relatively unheard of here.
I cannot stress enough, these genetics are far superior to a multitude of other genetics I've tried.
There seems to be a genuine passion for their work. Rare to find such genetics and passion for auto's.

Not sure why they have an average rating. When they're the best autoflower genetics out there. Just look them up on youtube.

1st time I was able to shop direct. My pack shows up with the wrong amount 1 single seed. Sent them a picture of my order with the wrong pack and a few days later I get an email from Ned saying my shipment is sent! They resent the original order and told me I could keep the single Toof Decay. Wasn’t expecting that. These guys genetics are the real deal and the customer service is excellent!
