Fantastic service. Spot on with prices. The team who came to instal the boiler were very supportive and friendly. Office staff is always ready to talk and assist for any queries. 5 star and would recommend.

Customer service is very good and they are very attentive, quick to answer calls and they answer all queries to help in the best way possible. Our boiler was fitted 2 days after being given a quote and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Mera boiler!

Job was done on time as we needed and it was all done by professional team. Fantastic service by Mera boilers. I can definitely recommend for a new boiler and central heating system. We have opted for a Vaillant boiler with 10 yrs extended guarantee. The job was persanally supervised by owner Mr Gurpreet Singh.

Do not use this company they are useless, they do not follow the rules and regulations. They are quick to take the money and do not come when they are called. They target vulnerable people and are fraudsters.
( do not go with these you will regret it mark my word)
Waste of time and money, poor service, incorrect advice given to cover there incompetence of work. Faulty parts put in when you are purchasing a new boiler! HOW DOES THAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my new boiler installed by Meraboiler.com about 16 months ago.
Reasonable price. And great service. Every time I face some issue, they send engineer quickly and always sorts the issue out. Very happy with their service. And very professional attitude. A start company to deal with.

Excellent, Effective and Efficient
Had to get a new boiler installed since my old one gave way at a wrong time. One call and got an instant quote and a next day installation scheduled. Their team of professionals arrived promptly and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend them

Contacted them to provide me 2 quotes( gas heating and a separate one for electric heating). Provided me only for gas and then after contacting them still no response. Left it for a couple for month and because of all good reviews assumed it is a misunderstanding. Was visited by engineer 7 days ago, called just to see how long will it take to get a new quote.
Reply we will not give you as we do not do electric heating. Again informed them that we discussed 2 options. Reply we will not be able to give you a quote till you have a gas meter installed and that they do not need to reply at all as i lost a week waiting for their quote. On question, when did you plan to inform me about all this no answer. AVOID THEM

Very Happy with Their service

I am very very disappointed with their service
This is my second property both the property has been started in 2 week gap
I got quation from them as we agree to do
They start doing the work Later on they told me I need to change two hot water pressure valve which they already look at it in first place I got no option they quote me extra around £300 on additional quotation
After finish the job some one came to certified but from them people has refuse to certified because the electric wiring are not as stander so some come and done it later on for my satisfaction I am cover with British Gas so I call for another inspection they check and they find out side vent flue has not been cement so I have to call again to finish their work
It’s completely joke we all look cheaper price but some people hide something and later on they say sorry you have to change this and that so after all you end up with the same quote
Even they change my presser valve that one also faulty so good job I am cover with British Gas I call them and they replace it with out any argument and now it’s work fine so my £300 gone in drain
