I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outstanding service I received at Mercedes-Benz of Colindale.

From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was made to feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Niaz, the salesperson who assisted me, provided an exceptional level of customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and incredibly attentive throughout the entire experience. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process feel relaxed, straightforward and enjoyable, rather than simply feeling like a sales experience.

I would also like to personally thank the manager for being so warm, welcoming and approachable. His professionalism and genuine hospitality really stood out and made a lasting impression.

i was treated with a professional friendly experience in choosing the right car and finance agreement for me and my needs, the car is fantastic and i am delighted with everything the staff and sales manager could not do enough for me

The car is beautiful and great to drive, but the app doesn’t work at all and Tonbridge Mercedes have done nothing to resolve the issue and it has been like this for 3 weeks, which means none of the digital extras work. Really poor!

Good and competitive pricing, as compared to the Banking sector. Obviously, it improves the chances of the dealership having a sale. Explanation and terms were clear and there was no push to use their finance option by the sales agent.
