Ordered a custom Stanley on 12/11/2024. It still hasn’t arrived, and it’s a Christmas gift. Tracking is in Chinese. Cannot even read it. But appears to still be in China. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Product was as ordered. Tracking and communication need work. Very hard track movement. I understand the distance the product had to travel and better tracking services would have helped the waiting.

The cup looked nothing like the picture online. It wasn't created on an actual standly cup and the picture was distorted. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid.

I never received my purchase

Was excited to see a CFA tumbler. I admit that I didn’t pay enough attention. The wording with one of the cows seems homophobic (FAGZ). The person this gift was intended for is gay. When I contacted Merchidea, they just said that was what I ordered. No offer of exchange or anything. Very disappointed with how they handled my complaint.

False advertising!!! Suppose to have got a Stanley I did not!!

The cups are not Stanley. They are knock offs that smell and look horrible. I wish someone would shut them down but they are based in UK and I don’t think the laws are totally against them using the name of a trademarked company.

100% scammers!!! DO NOT BUY THEY SHOULD BE taken down. Offer a product, sends a knockoff. Then will only refund 30% of you money. If you complain they will offer 40%. After a couple weeks they offer you 70%. Couple more weeks they tell you your money will be refunded. This is still a scam. They will not refund your money. I have contacted an attorney to try and start a class action, because I believe they have frauded 500k+ from people.

After I emailed stating I did not get a confirmation that I ordered my items right away they sent me a confirmation. I feel better. I’m so tired of being scammed not that I’m saying you’re scam but many other things. I’ve been scammed that. Thank you and I’m looking forward to receiving, my fur babies gift. I ordered the STANLEY quencher cup and like other reviews on here, it, too, was a knock-off, cheap cup. The cup I ordered had bright, well-received sunflowers on it and the cup I received looked like a covid germ, instead. The company offered to reprint the cup, but then I saw it wasn't a STANLEY. I then asked for full refund when they offered me $16. 40% of the cost. This company is a scam and false advertises products. Do NOT buy from them unless you want to fight with them for the products as advertised and be left to contact your credit card company to get your money back.

I never received the order! I’ll never order anything again and every time I see a post I tell my story.

I never recieved the product I ordered. It was lost in the mail. Their solution was to give me half off a NEW order. So, essentially paying more for what I already ordered. Silly. I deciced not to do that and took the hit.

I was told I was buying a Stanley quencher cup upon receiving my order. It turned out to be a cheap knock off cup. I don’t understand how they can brand Stanley and sell you a cheap knock off instead this website is a scam. Do not buy.

This site is a scam do not buy from them. They take your money but do not deliver your products its a scam website. I have tried everything they do not return emails or calls. I am out $50 and thats ok they must be that desperate to start stealing from people . I dont want anyone else to get ripped off. I wished I would have looked at reviews first. SCAM

Scam site!!! Do not buy from Merchidea. I placed 2 orders totalling over $150 and I received confirmation email of order placed...once my cc was charged I received gateway error email from Merchidea and they said they refunded my PayPal due to error in payment system and I still have not received any refund in my PayPal. I had to file claim with PayPal. Waste of time!!! Buyer beware!

Total I total scam and when you finally get a hold of somebody they'll just keep lying

I purchased a Stanley mug but when it arrived it was a cheap off brand. After numerous emails I am calling the credit card company

I absolutely love my Texas Longhorn 40 oz. quencher. It looks exactly like the design I ordered with my name in it. It arrived in a timely amount of time. Communication was excellent from the time I ordered until I received it. Great experience!

Misuse of branding. I ordered what was a Stanley cup which was not! Very disappointing.

I purchased a Stitch "Stanley Quencher" cup from this company. It turned out to be a cheap knockoff. Graphics printed on the cup were also distorted. Cup looks nothing like the website picture. I emeailed company and company is only willing to refund 20%. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!
