I appreciate the service rendered by Mercury Auto Transport when I have to move the car from Indiana to Florida. I booked for the car transport but due to unforseen situation, I had to cancel the transaction and they immediately refunded my deposit without any question. I want to extend my appreciation to MR.MICHAEL SKELTON, the Auto Transport Specialist who assisted me during the whole process from booking to refund of deposit. After how many days, I contacted Mr. SKELTON for another booking transaction and I'm glad that another transaction went smoothly with his assistance. I highly recommend MERCURY AUTO TRANSPORT because they will assist you until you will get your car.

I’ve used Mercury the past two times I’ve needed to ship my car and they were fantastic. They were very professional, and my broker Kris was great. He checked in with me often and helped me with getting the lowest price possible for shipping while working in a tight time frame.

Kallie was very helpful. She let me know what was going on every step of the way. They picked up my car on time and also delivered it with care on time. I would definitely use them again.

This was the 1st time that I ever used a transport service and working with Kent made it a great experience. First of all, he is super knowledgeable about the industry and very informative. He thoroughly explained each part of the process and kept me updated when there was a miscommunication on the driver's end. My broker, Spencer, made sure the process went as smoothly as possible despite what had happened. At first we had a driver bail on us at the start and Spencer made sure to get a different driver immediately and arrange a different one as soon as he could. He made a genuine effort to get things situated and kept in constant contact with not only me but the pickup contact as well to get things settled. This was the first time I ever shipped a vehicle let alone shipping it +2300miles and my Harley bike arrived scratch free. Joe Kelly was terrific. He takes time to explain the whole process of quoting and transporting your vehicle. I was helping my son and his family get a 2nd vehicle to Missouri from the northwest. After researching for days (like i always do), it became apparent that there are only a handful of legitimate logistics companies that you want to deal with. After deciding on Mercury, it all was taken care of quickly and efficiently, with directions on what to do at each step. Mercury Transport will be the FIRST and only company I call for a quote next time I need this service.

I called David Hilty whom I had used the week before to send a car from Illinois to Colorado. This week I needed my sons truck transported from Colorado to me in Florida. David was going to be on vacation but referred me to Angelo Pazos who picked up right where David left off. He was helpful, prompt and courteous. I would use either one of these guys for my next car transport. The decision in picking a service when transporting my car was very overwhelming, so many options to choose from. I am glad I picked Mercury Auto Transport!

I've shipped my car 3 times now. 2 through other companies and now with Mercury and Mike Skelton. He made it a quick and easy process. He was transparent and provided a lot of information of how the process works from start to finish. Set me up with Cargo Management Group who was able to pick up and drop off ahead of my schedule. The company was professional and careful with my car. Received it back just how it was minus road debris, dust etc thats expected. Definitely will be reaching out to Mercury and Mike again in a few years.

I have shipped a number of motor vehicles. Always some glitch or lack of communication, but have all arrived. Luis Marrero did a great job of following up when the first scheduled transporter was stopped and placed out of service an hour prior to pick. He had a second transporter complete the pickup that day. Transport was Texas to Ohio so not a hugely populated run.

Might question why a chosen transporter gets tagged out of service, but it happens. Only thing you can do is move on and try to get it right.

Great communication with Logan and the auto shipper. Car was picked up promptly and delivered in 4 days from SoCal to Baltimore. The transportation company provided top notch service.

We had a great experience with the dispatch advisor. The drivers completed their work, I wasn't completely satisfied with their performance. But overall the truck was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. Luis did a great job helping us get all of it taken care of.

Brian W was amazing and completed the transportation of our dodge ram 2500 from salt lake area to northern Idaho within 1 day pickup. We got the run around from 3 other hauling companies that screwed us over for 20 days . Not only did he lock in a driver within 1 day . It was picked up on a Saturday of a holiday weekend and delivered 3 days later. The truck was shipped without damage and the driver was super nice . Thank you again so much for all your hard work. I feel that the 925.00 rate was absolutely fair and if we need anything hauled again it will be with Brian W at mercury.
