Mercury Auto Transport | Car Shipping Experts Reviews

Ronnie from Mercury Auto Transport was great to work with. I received a quote from Ronnie, I accepted the quote that day and got confirmation of transport at a great price - all that same day! Next day the transport driver contacted me and picked up my car. The estimated transport time was 5 days - and in five days it was delivered! Smooth process, Ronnie was very helpful on the phone and with email instructions. I highly recommend Mercury Transport!

Really reliable and I got my vehicle right on time. I was skeptical at first because it was my first time shipping my car but I would definitely use this company again.

We recently had occasion to have our 1994 Mercedes E320 transported from northwest Montana to Southeast Kentucky. We enlisted the aid of Mercury Auto Transport in finding a carrier to transport the vehicle. This required dealing with a long-term parking facility (in our absence) at the pick-up end and arranging delivery directly to us at the receiving end. Our agent, Jim Gozde, was able to arrange this for us, and kept us notified of the progress of events on a daily basis. The entire process took about three weeks to accomplish, which I thought was very acceptable given that the route involved is not a heavily trafficked one, particularly now that winter is beginning to take hold. Our driver, Vitaly Lysikov of Polar Logistics, was also superb. Our car was delivered to us in excellent condition on the date specified. The price was very reasonable. Should it ever become necessary for us to transport another vehicle, we will definitely contact Mercury Auto Transport to make those arrangements. Should you need this service, I strongly recommend that you contact this company and ask for Jim Gozde.

Mercury Auto Transport was an excellent choice to arrange shipping my Toyota Tacoma from OK to CO, after researching auto transport for over several weeks. Matthew Cruz, my agent for this, was professional, experienced, and provided very informative literature about the process. United Logisitics was my carrier that handled the transport and delivered my Tacoma in a timely and friendly with manner with no mishaps or disruptions. My Tacoma arrived in the same shape it left. In all I was happy and pleased with the services I received from Mercury Auto.

Pricing was in line with other quotes, vehicle pick-up was faster than anticipated, both the broker and transporter maintained contact, and vehicle arrived when expected and in the same condition as when picked up.

This is my second time using the service from Mercury Auto Transport. Both times, David Hilty was the agent who helped me find the carrier. He was very helpful and kept me updated on the progress. Everything went smooth and the estimated price was reasonable. I was very pleased that my car was able to be picked up a day earlier after I suggested. I am very happy with their service!

I was very skeptical at first with the arrangement of transport. I looked into shipping my other car 6 years ago and i was overwhelmed with calls/texts. I never felt comfortable with all of the reps and companies.
Yes - you guessed it. Once posted the need for auto transport- OVERWHELMED with emails and texts!!!!

Mercury was a bit different.
My experience with Mercury was very professional and comforting. Luis was polite and forwarded great information on what to expect, and tips to be safe. Not pushy or rude.

His personal touch during late evening texting along with phone chat supporting my questions.

Well done! My showroom classic Lexus is here and I am so happy I chose Mercury. A+
It was a little higher than estimated, but the original is an ESTIMATE. The final price comes from the drivers/carrers that accept the job and propose their price. It was worth it and the car arrived undamaged.

Michael Skelton was great to work with ..
He contacted me every day and even gave us advice on the best way to get vehicle easily picked up.We had one driver cancel on us and he had a second driver lined up within an hour!

Spencer and team were absolutely amazing in planning and executing a complex cross-country shipment of a large trailer for first-timers to this. Throughout every step of the process, Spencer kept us abreast of status and always took time to take our calls and reassure us of a safe delivery. There was a mix-up on unloading that, unexpectedly, required a tow truck which Mercury took care of at their expense. I cannot emphasize how smooth the whole process went as a result of Spencer's attention to detail and can-do attitude.

Quick response with a short turn around from making the call to getting my car.

Melissa Dossett was the agent and she was able to answer all of my questions. the trucker who eventually carried my car to FL was very easy to work with on both ends. I would recommend not only Melissa Dossett but also Cristian Souza, the driver.

It was wonderful experience with Logan in overall process. I recommend Logan for Vehicle Transportation.

Jim Gozde made my vehicle shipping process very easy. He communicated with me weekly regarding my shipping date and status.

The carrier, Royal Star Inc, was a little frustrating, and understandably as they were making several transports, however, they came through right on time, and got my vehicle delivered in less than 72 hours. The driver, Alex, was thorough and professional, and he took great care of my vehicle.

I will be calling Jim again for transporting my second vehicle.

My agent was very helpful and was able to find a cross-country truck (CA to MA) in about two days and was very communicative. The shipper showed up on time for pickup and actually ended up delivering a day early. The whole process was very easy and efficient.

Brian found a local carrier to transport my vehicle and the entire experience was excellent. I did get quotes from a dozen different brokers I found online and Brian's quote came in near the low end. I was initially skeptical as his price was almost half of some other quotes I had received so I made sure I spoke to him before I committed as I wanted to get a feel for what it would be like working with him. He sounded trustworthy and I am glad I went with him. I highly recommend Mercury Auto Transport especially if you are on the west coast.

Great communication, very good follow-up and exceptional delivery! I was very concerned with all of the bad information you read about car transport. Mercury was a very pleasant experience, was most cost effective and actually delivered my vehicle a day early and in perfect condition. The driver was very thorough and walked me through the entire vehicle before handing me the keys. I also got immediate follow up from Mike and June from Mercury to ensure that the delivery process was handled correctly. Highly recommend Mercury for transporting vehicles.

The agent was very responsive, transparent on the process and checked in throughout to make sure the car made it to it’s destination safely

Misty Stoval did a great job getting my vehicle shipped

Every 2 or 3 years, for the past 20 years, we have bought an out of state used car and had them shipped to our home in northern Michigan. Ryan at Mercury was the best agent we have dealt with to date. The transaction was smooth, efficient and honest. We will use them again.

I am so happy I chose Mercury Auto Transport to ship my daughter’s car from Austin to the SF bay area.
After receiving a lot of quotes from so many different auto transport companies and getting spammed and harassed everyday by the majority of them, I began researching the companies and realized that many people had a lot of regrets with most of them. Many of the other companies provided a really low quote and then raised their prices later or at drop-off, additional charges amounting to hundreds of dollars sometimes were added in order to get the car. Many people have also had other bad experiences with the timing of the transport or other negative issues.
Mercury Auto Transport had high ratings and good reviews, and their quote was in a realistic, reasonable range. After speaking with Logan Raprager over the phone, and he explained how the process works, very clearly and straight-forwardly while answering all my questions and concerns, I felt comfortable and decided to go with them.
Once I decided on Mercury, I filled out the necessary paperwork and initiated the process. Within minutes, Logan had found a carrier and provided me with their name and contact information. I was pleasantly surprised that the car was picked up the same day, within hours of my initial request at a price that we agreed upon. The carrier was very communicative and coordinated with both the car’s pick-up contact and me for the drop-off. The car actually arrived a day earlier than was promised, 3 days from pick-up to delivery, which was also a bonus.
When picking up the car, the driver was very courteous and professional, and the cost was exactly what was told to me. No surprises at all!
I highly recommend using Mercury Auto Transport to everyone in need of shipping a car, and I would definitely not hesitate to use them again!
