Ordered 3 totes and Stanley cups for gifts. It took from Oct 1st to November 3rd to receive. They are difficult to contact because their emails kick you out and are undeliverable. They did correspond with me but I also opened a charge back because I didn't think they were legitimate. My items did come. They are worth the money you spend i just wish it didn't take so long. I will remove the charge back. If you don't mind waiting then purchase the LV totes and Stanleys.

Not even a 1. All of the emails and sites are blocked. No information at all this is a SCAM. I have reported the fraud to the bank for $139.00. Do not order the bag and the tumbler!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband ordered a Louis V inspired bogg bag in May 2026 for Mother’s Day. June 10th came around and bag still isn’t here. I sent an email asking for an update. It took them a week to respond that our shipment got damaged. They needed to resend. Okay, no problem. They resent the packaged June 18th. July 20th I emailed. Still no packaged. I’m being told tracking is in Los Angeles and should be arriving in 10 business days. I’m in Texas. Doesn’t take 10days to arrive from California. August 2nd I send another email for update. August 10th another email for update. Nothing. Now I get no response and tracking says my package was left In or at a mailbox in my zip code on August 11th. First of all, my package didn’t ship usps to get placed in a mailbox. It comes international which is delivered by a third party carrier, which comes to your front door. No pic of delivery or anything. We waited 4 months now and have been asking for a refund since July! Called the bank and disputed the charges with proof from email communication and order number. Letting the bank go after them. Do not buy!

They don’t even deserve a 1. Ordered June 20th and still haven’t received it. Don’t waste your money or time ordering through this company. Complete scam!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The order was placed at the beginning of July and today is almost the end of August still no order. I will be reporting fraud on my card because this is crazy. I asked for the status and they said it’s still in the transit! Where is this item coming from?
