Excellent service from start to end. Easy process unlike some other websites. I was a sent tracking number via Royal Mail so I knew exactly when the pen was arriving. Great follow up service also. All my questions were answered 3 weeks after I got the pen and I was given a courtesy call the following month to see how I was getting on. Great touch
