I signed up for the free trial and only agreed to the $1 payment. I did NOT knowingly authorize an additional $28.99 charge.

I contacted customer support immediately and asked for a refund. Instead of taking responsibility, they claimed that I had selected “Get my PDF report” as an optional add-on. I have no recollection of knowingly agreeing to purchase a $28.99 PDF report, and the fact that this charge was made in addition to the $1 payment is extremely misleading.

What makes this even worse is that they told me I could easily cancel my subscription through my Profile. However, when I actually tried to cancel it, the cancellation page simply stays stuck on “Loading” and does not allow me to cancel my subscription at all.

So their response was basically: “Just cancel your subscription yourself,” while the cancellation function itself does not even work.

If an optional $28.99 purchase can be added during a $1 trial without the customer clearly realizing it, and the customer then cannot even cancel the subscription, this is extremely concerning.

BE VERY CAREFUL before signing up. I expected a $1 trial and ended up with a $28.99 charge that I did not knowingly agree to.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and its customer service. I am still requesting a full refund of the $28.99, and if they continue to refuse, I will take this matter further.

I subscribed for a weekly plan for about $1. When it was time to cancel, the site took me through several loops; first I clicked "cancel," but then it sent me an email with a link to click to cancel. After clicking that link, it took me to another webpage to state my reasons for cancelling. I did that only for it to take me to another page and yet another webpage before allowing me to finally cancel.

This is a roach motel where signing up is easy but canceling a subscription is hard. It is very deceptive and also illegal.

Scam scam, scam !!!, in my experience. I signed up for a $1 trial but was charged $48. The service didn’t do what the advertisement promised. I wouldn’t trust this service. Be very careful before subscribing.
I found this service through an Instagram advertisement. After experiencing the issue, I tried to search for MetricsCheck on Instagram and report the advertisement, but I could not find a proper page or reporting option.

Platforms like Instagram should have stronger checks to prevent misleading advertisements and protect users from potentially deceptive subscriptions. Users should be very careful before trusting such ads.

It’s a SCAM, the positive reviews must be paid-actors or fake accounts.

They ask you to pay and then you wont recieve any service. If you try to contact them they tell you to delete your account, but if you try to do it you will see that you can’t, cause you press “delete” but then it comes out a GIF that seems like it’s about to log but it a GIF that goes on and on and on, so the only ones who can delete the account it’s them.

I sent them an email saying I would have sued them if the hadn’t delete my account, so they did it.

It’s a pure scam! Don’t even try to pay
