Awful service paid to get the photos next day it ended up being well over a week before they came!!! Crazy idea to not just post the images requested ! I had to pay out and get them redone to meet the deadline would not recommend 😡

Staff were incredibly helpful and quick. I sent them a photo with the wrong ratio, they printed and gave me the photo I sent them and a corrected one. Highly recommend.

Ordered a print from New Zealand for a client and had trouble with the self-service portal, the staff there helped me through it and printed it promptly.

Metro Imaging offers decent photo printing services at metroimaging. Prints were nicely packaged, with good quality and a cooperative team. Ordering online was relatively easy, and a helpful call about paper selection showed good customer care. Fast turnaround is a plus, but the overall experience lacked a wow factor. Solid, but room for improvement.

Decent experience with Metro Imaging. Prints were nicely done, well-packaged, and arrived quickly. Customer service was helpful, especially the phone call regarding paper options, which saved me some money. Ordering online was straightforward, though not flawless. The print looks incredible, the sharpness and quality is exceptional! I am very picky and a bit of a perfectionist, definitely worth the price for the scans.

I picked up two prints recently, and when I opened the envelope, one had heavy marking on the back. I reported this and was asked to return it for inspection. After a few days I was told that they had managed to rub the marks out - I asked the production manager to check it personally as the prints were not going to be framed. He checked and reported that the erased area was roughened so he would ask for the print to be run out again. He subsequently called me a few days after to say that we would have to pay for the reprint as the operative was adamant it would not have been sent out like this. Obviously I can’t prove that it wasn’t me who make these marks but it was disappointing not to be trusted

Manish from Metro Print called me as soon as I'd placed my online order to ask if I was familiar with the paper type I'd ordered. I wasn't so he gave me advice around why it was not the ideal type, and even sent a second sample, which was very helpful.

The result was great and very quick, and at a competitive price.
