Had issues with boiler not providing hot water. Jen arranged for engineer to come out the next day to fix. A part was ordered and issue was resolved within a few days.
No hard sell, no upfront payment or call out charge. Invoice received once job was fully completed at agreed price.

I would happily recommend Metropolitan Plumbing, Jen, Tom and Trevor are a great team, reliable and conscientious. My daughter inherited problems in a new property with the hot water and the central heating both failing. Jen provided a quote for the work, separating out parts and labour. The work required a couple of visits by Tom and Trevor. The work was completed as per the quote. Building trust is crucial, we have a company we can rely on for any future work. I've no doubt that this small company will grow.

My experience with metropolitan plumbing was positive from the beginning to the end. From the price of the work which was to remove and decommission old crappy immersion boiler tank and replace with a new one.
The quoted price is what I paid which was a very fair price and the customer service was brilliant and kept in contact through all phases of the work and worked around my schedule and was very flexible. I have recommended metropolitan plumbing to my friend who is also looking to have a boiler replaced. Special shout out to Jennifer of metropolitan plumbing who looked after everything for me and booked the job.

I had a gas leak and Tom came out and promptly identified the problem. He kept me advised ,carried out a repair and was helpful throughout.
