Très heureux d'être passé entre les mains des professionnels de la clinique Mevsim.
En France, avoir un plan de traitement était compliqué, lent, long, les informations contradictoires, sans parler du prix et déjà de trouver des professionnels... qui se font de plus en plus rare... alors j'ai franchi le cap, le contact efficace, claire, très professionnel, l'arrivée très rassurante, l'hôtel marriott, la clinique, l'ambiance, les soins... top !! Aujourd'hui je suis très heureux de ce choix et je recommande vivement cette clinique et cette équipe et Merci aussi Süreyya pour l'accompagnement parfait et votre gentillesse !! Merci merci !!

Je suis allé à la clinique MEVSIMDIS sur les conseils d un amis qui me l a vivement conseille puisque lui même y etais faire ses dents, et etais vraiment satisfait du résultat et de la prise en charge.
Je ne peux que confirmé ses dires au vu de mon passage chez eux.
Que dire du personnel ....que du bonheur. La coordinatrice Sürreya est une personne toujours à l ecoute, toujours prête à vous rendre service, à resoudre vos problèmes et bien sur a l ecoute du moindre petit soucis et surtout la pour traduire et nous aide à comprendre et nous expliquer comment va déroule chaque jours de notre séjours
qui se fait deux étapes.
Les médecins et infirmieres sont également d un professionnalisme sans faille, et d une extreme gentilesse ce qui rend notre passage à la clinique bien.plus agreable.
Je suis venus comme tout en chacun avec un petit pincement au ventre....mais ma peur à vite disparus et j avoue que je n ai franchement eu que très peu de douleurs pour ainsi dire rien.....
Et aujourd hui je repars avec beau sourire et je remercie vivement cette belle équipe

La clinique a une hygiène irréprochable le personnel est très professionnel aimable excellente prestation.
Madame Soraya a été à la hauteur de notre exigence toujours présente disponible.
Le travail réalisé est plus-que-parfait,aujourd'hui je peux enfin sourire manger courir danser essayer de retrouver un fiancé merci beaucoup 😘

My 2nd visit to the clinic, for my final full smile with a mixture of and crowns and implants. Everything went as smoothly as my 1st visit to the Mevsim clinic in Istanbul. I was greeted with the same beautiful smile from Yagmur and a warm welcome from Enes and Onur.
Dr tuba Ibis was as professional and kind as always. Took her time in making sure that all my teeth fit perfectly and made the whole procedure very comfortable for me. Fatma her assistant was also very helpful. I would highly recommend the Mevsim clinic to everyone who has any issues with their teeth. Even their after care is 2nd to none. I am loving my new teeth thanks to the hard work put in by the while team at Mevsim. A big thanks, especially to Dr Tuba, Enes and Yagmur.

Absolutely brilliant experience.

After my pregnancy left me with a hormonal imbalance and I lost 6 teeth in 12 months, one of my front teeth begun to drop and became infected. I was told to get an implant in the UK and one tooth would be approximately £4000 and it wouldn’t be a match to my other teeth. So I begun researching dentists in Turkey.

MEVSIM were not the cheapest nor most expensive, but the reviews and images were all excellent! My goal was to have the most natural finish and natural white. I didn’t want the average ‘bright white, Turkey teeth’.

I’m very happy to say, I got exactly what I wanted!! I’m over the moon with my smile now!

The clinic is lovely and clean. The waiting rooms are comfy. The hotel was 5*!

The dentists were absolutely amazing. I am scared of injections and have the most sensitive gums. But I managed to get through the process (two visits). The dentist who fitted my permanent crowns was superb! Such a professional, caring lady! She’s great at injections - even I was okay with them!!

I also want to say a special Thank You to Yagmur - she is an absolute diamond! So welcoming and helpful. Such a lovely lady!

The entire team helped me and my baby feel so welcome! My baby loved toddling around and playing with the team! He was well looked after on both visits (he is only 16 months old).

Don’t be put off going if you have children, the team are lovely and we will definitely be visiting for our annual free check ups ☺️

If your ever gonna do something that will change your life get yourself to turkey and go and pay a visit to mevsim dental clinic. I was made to feel so comfortable and well informed from the moment I landed in Istanbul to when I got back home. All the staff were so nice and helpful and a big thanks to yagmur and onur, they made my experience so easy and it's the best decision I've ever made.

I personally want to thank Mevsim and the competent ,friendly and amazing staff for my amazingly wonderful experience, from the very pick up at the airport to my hotel was special..for a moment I felt like a star,the punctuality on my pickup and appointments was unmatched,they were very relatable and took time to explained every procedure step by step assuring you understood the process,I am so happy I chose them because they did me right..very happy with my smile..they were patient and will not stop at nothing to assure I was happy with my smile...they even stayed after closing hour and they were not bothered or trying to rush to get out..I can go on and on but that's how amazing they are....highly recommend

Franchement j'avais un peu de craintes de partir de France seul ,mais tout le staff a été professionnel,de l aéroport a l hôtel ,a la clinique,je n ai rien eu a me soucier,je repart demain les yeux fermés, n'hésitez pas posée vos questions et envolée vous 🥰

Pister par une amis, j’ai pris contact avec Suraya pour bien comprendre la procédure et le service proposé. Un mois après je suis venu à Istanbul pour faire un pont dentaire suite à une extraction. Un accueil chaleureux m’a été réservé avec une équipe très professionnel qui s’est bien occupé de mon transport, du logement et les soins. Je suis très satisfait du résultat final. Content d’avoir un sourire éclatant. Mes encouragements et bonne continuation à toute l’équipe.

For the second time I went to Türkiye to finish my dental treatment. As always, I felt welcomed and loved by everyone. your care for each patient is excellent. All the support I had even for places off the route. Thank you very much to all of you for giving me a full smile again. The space is always very clean. Best decision I have ever made.My new teeth are amazing and they really have changed my life! I was so nervous but instantly felt at ease by the team and everyone is super friendly. I also enjoyed a pamper in the amazing beauticians upstairs which was also fantastic

I first went to this dentist 4 years ago I had 6 dental implants and two sinus lifts each side on my first visit then went back months later for permanent teeth. On return it was decided to place one more implant (This was the worst thing I could have agreed to). This implant didn’t have no healing time and was loaded with permanent teeth straight away and ultimately failed which made a hole into my sinus as it didn’t have enough bone and no bone graft in this area. I went back to the clinic to have this hole repaired but was not performed properly and as a result I suffer with chronic sinus disease. I had to have fess surgery in my home country and during that procedure they removed dental material which mevsimdis had put in there trying to repair the failed implant on a previous occasion. When I told them this and sent photos they denied it. I have been left with one tooth on my top jaw connected to implants which is not the proper way to do it. This tooth has had 2 rounds off root canal performed at this clinic but still has an infection. I have been back to this clinic multiple time in the last four years at my own expense and even had to pay £1500 pounds for new crowns even though they should have been covered by guarantee. I was meant to be going back to the clinic this month for yet more treatment but will not be going as I have lost all trust. I think I have had five or six sets off permanent crowns removed and replaced in the last four years and this is a bad experience as they are cemented on and need hammering out which puts strain on the implants. The crowns I have been left with are fake looking bad quality and all different sizes. If I could post pictures of the last four year’s procedures and my latest crowns I would. Now I have been left with chronic sinus disease and can’t do all the things I loved to do like scuba diving anymore because off it. It will cost me thousands in my home country too try to put some of this right as we are charged a premium for dentists to take the risk to repair work performed in turkey. But too my misery the sinus issues are permanent. QUICK UPDATE now I’ve been told that because I’ve blamed mevsim dis for the bad workmanship on this review my guarantee is void 😂(Not sure if that’s legal but it is turkey )It was void before I made this review as I had to pay £1500 for a set of crowns when they were supposed too be in guarantee. Not that I would step back in this place again anyway. BE CAREFUL as you can’t make a bad review or it’s goodbye. If anyone want to see photos I can show you.

Very smooth communication with Kenan & Yagmur from Mevsim Dental Clinic. The whole procedure was extremely slick, with a welcome at the airport, friendly staff at the clinic. You soon had the feeling you were in safe, professional hands. After care was not only efficient, you were most certainly not,' just another number'. I am looking forward to June and the completion of treatment.
