I rented a server that was unusable due to massive lag and "100% disk usage". Support initially admitted in writing that the disks were worn out and causing "interruptions", but the moment I requested a refund for the defective service, they changed their story, claimed the hardware was fine, and denied the refund. They then stopped responding until I was forced to open a bank dispute. If you value honesty and working hardware, look elsewhere.

Terrible hosting. They deleted all my files from backup storage immediately after expiration. I was a long-term customer (dedicated server and backup storage) paying every invoice on time and I was one of their first customers. When I created ticket they were unable to recover my files and extremely rude. This is unacceptable. No other hosting provider does this; most wait a few days or even weeks before deleting files when a payment is overdue. I switched to different provider which respect customers.

Los servidores funcionan de manera estable, todo es rápido y sin problemas, y el contacto con el soporte técnico siempre es ágil y profesional. Una gran ventaja son también los servicios adicionales, como el firewall, que me brinda una mayor sensación de seguridad y realmente aumenta la protección de mis proyectos. Se nota que la empresa se preocupa por la calidad y por sus clientes. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews Mevspace has received. Many of them appear to come from people who aren't even customers. As an actual customer for over six months, my experience has been very positive.

I recently ordered a new server during a sale, and both Customer Service and the Technical Support/NOC team have been outstanding. Customer Service helped me close my old server before its expiration date and transferred the remaining balance to my account, something they normally don't offer.

Technical Support has also been extremely helpful at all hours. Even though the server had an estimated preparation time of up to 4 hours due to my custom requests (NVMe replacements and preparing a USB stick with Proxmox installation media), they had everything ready in under 10 minutes. I later needed some additional assistance, and every time I reached out, they replied within just a few minutes, even at 3 AM European time. I also received a follow-up email a few days later asking if everything was working properly or if I needed further assistance.

I've been a customer of Hetzner, OVH, and Scaleway in the past, but Mevspace is easily the best combination of performance and support I've experienced.

I paid for MEVSPACE’s managed server service ($89/month), yet their technical support is painfully slow and unresponsive.
It’s been days with no action on simple requests — enabling ionCube Loader, fixing WordPress upload limits, or setting correct file permissions.
Even basic issues like installing a plugin require manual FTP details because the server isn’t configured properly.
For a paid managed VPS, this level of service is completely unacceptable.

The worst experience, more than 96 hours without any response from our server, no proof of attack, they have technicians who only use AI responses, it is the worst company we have ever had, our business was affected, no solution being their servers, it is the worst experience in many years, I would never recommend this company!!! I currently rented a Ryzen 9 7950x series dedicated server. They did their best in both support and sales. I am the owner of a company providing services in Turkey. and unfortunately, mevspace provided me with the service that I could not get from data centers in Turkey. I'm very happy about this. It definitely doesn't deserve a bad review. They are very successful in this regard and I am really happy to work with them :)

Hosting even has problems with the site itself.. you can't order a server because it keeps throwing an error that the connection to the server has timed out.. the only answer you can get in such a situation is "we'll fix it as soon as possible" in the case that I have the service, then in the event of a problem it will also be "as soon as possible" thank you and I advise against buying.

Firma olewa swoich klientow i nie zapewnia tego co oferuje, wsparcie techniczne nie jest w stanie zapewnic klientowi pomocy. Kazdy ticket do nich jest ignorowany, albo zadaja glupie pytania na odbicie pileczki. Nie polecam.

Además de tener clausulas abusivas en sus términos de servicio bajo los que operan, los precios no son finales, y a pesar de tener advertencia, pueden llegar a ser confusos.

Luego, tema soporte, he tenido multitud de problemas desde la adquisición de un servicio en está página, y tras comentar en ticket en específico, un problema al instalar proxmox manualmente, (aparece que GRUB, se encontraba en una unidad ya no estaba disponible). Me pusieron una consola KVM para administrar el servidor dedicado, la cuál tampoco funcionaba, y posteriormente, tras ver que sus soluciones no dan abasto, proceden a invitarme a pagar un servicio de instalación para que sus sucios trabajadores instalen el software.

Si no quieren dolores de cabeza, les recomiendo de antemano evitar esta compañía.

Actualización: Ofrecierón de resolución introducir una memoria USB con el OS deseado, y esta no era reconocida por el servidor, por lo que otra mentira con la que me topo en su "soporte"

Opłaciłem serwer na kolejny miesiąc, ale płatność nie została przez nich zaksięgowana. Serwer został zawieszony i nie ma możliwości skontaktowania się z supportem. Nikt nie odpowiada, a na stronie głównej siedzi jakiś bot, który nie potrafi pomóc ani przekazać problemu we właściwe miejsce.

The site fails every now and then, you can't order a dedicated server. The level of technical support is a joke. Ukrainian woman can't even communicate in English writing some strange words. I didn't even manage to buy a server and already there were problems.
