Lovely website, was super suspicious at first but was very pleasantly surprised, shipping to the UK was smooth and even arrived two days earlier than estimated. Product was in great condition not to mention authentic (I purchased the chiikawa x hello kitty plush keychain after it was sold out on the official website) and prices are fair as well.

I don’t usually write reviews on anything but I decided to specifically find a review page to express how happy I am to have found this website! I made an order of Japanese household products ( laundry detergents etc.) that were so difficult to find in UK, but I found everything I wanted and more , and the prices are also great ! To top that my order came in about 4 days , I was genuinely not expecting such a quick delivery. Thank you so much and it’s safe to say I will be ordering again ! :)

I placed a large order with various items. I was very impressed with the careful, compact packaging which ensured everything arrived in great condition. The delivery was also quicker than the estimated timeframe. Very pleased!

I have been making regular purchases typically a couple times per month from this shop for a while now, and have never been disappointed once; the shipping is lightning fast, items are always well packed and the customer service is top of the line. Staff are willing to go out of the way to also seek out products they don't already have available, if contacted - which is amazing. Their store already has a massive inventory as is, but their willingness to find other products and make this extra effort is amazing. My shipments frequently arrive earlier than the expected delivery time. The actual Shop app (through no fault of this store - many other stores using the Shop service encounter this issue) occasionally suffer problems with coupon codes/cart issues upon page refreshes, but staff are extremely fast to remedy the issue, and so I am never left feeling bad about the situation (outside of having been someone who feels sympathy from having seen this problem occur from both sides and knowing the logistical problems it causes for many stores - but they handle it extremely well) - again, it is no fault of the store itself, but rather a common issue many stores face dealing with the Shop service, and so would also make a note for others to consider this if they encounter this issue, as it is not due to any fault on the part of Miaumall, but rather due to an issue from the Shop company app that many businesses are making use of and also how it is behaving with customers' computers and phones/cache and cookie data/etc - so it is not a fault on their part, however they have done an amazing job trying to sort everything out and compensate for it (far better than many other stores who are also experiencing the same issue).
I have probably now spent thousands at this shop already in the last several months, and will be happy to continue supporting this business in the coming months! Thank you for your hard work and great service!🙏🏻I am, as always, a very happy customer and will be making my next order soon!
