Worst ever customer service. First you sent me the wrong size and when asked to exchange/ correct, you asked me to pay part of the shipping.

You should’ve exchanged it for free. Instead, you’re making excuses.

Buyers be aware. Do not trust this company.

0 stars is a better fit. Shoes are garbage. Plastic and flimsy, not leather as cited. Clearly a scam. Don't buy from them!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent purchase and the way my return and refund have been handled.

I placed my order because I believed your company was a Canadian company based in Vancouver. I also relied on the return policy clearly stated on your website, which states:

“30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day return period. Feel free to return any item within 30 days if you are not completely satisfied.”

Based on this representation, I reasonably understood that I could return the shoes within 30 days if I was not satisfied and receive a full refund.

When the shoes arrived, there were no markings on the shoes indicating their size, and unfortunately, they did not fit. I therefore contacted your company to request a return and a full refund in accordance with the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Instead, I was not provided with a full refund.

I find this extremely disappointing. I made my purchase in good faith, relying on the information presented on your website regarding both the nature of your company and your return policy. Had I known the company was not actually based in Vancouver as I believed, and had I understood that your stated “30-day money-back guarantee” would not result in a full refund, I would not have placed this order.

I believe your website created an expectation that was not consistent with how my return was ultimately handled. That has significantly undermined my trust in your company.

I am therefore requesting that you reconsider this matter and provide the full refund I originally requested, consistent with the 30-day money-back guarantee advertised on your website.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be ordering from your company again, and I feel strongly that customers should be given clear and accurate information before making a purchase.

I look forward to your response and to having this matter resolved fairly.

This jacket I received today is a very cheep jacket not worth even one dollar. Material is plastic looking and very thin material.
Took for ever to come from China, I inquired about being a fake company and they said they were legit. But they lied and I would love a refund and a mailing return tag to ship back this garbage jacket

So Sorry I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing a product. Their ads are completely compelling and slick, but such a fake company and certainly not Canadian.
I suspected the scam when I noticed the similarity of the models in another ad for another Canadian company (Christine - Montreal). Also when I placed my order they had my credit card number readily available, unlike legit companies who do not keep your credit card numbers.
I should have been suspicious then.

This site is a TOTAL scam, very poor quality of products and not a Canadian Company. They operate out of China and any returns are to be shipped back to China directly at your expense. THE RETURN PROCESS IS MEANT TO DELAY YOUR SHIPMENT AND DISQUALIFY YOU OF YOUR RETURN.. ALERT, BE AWARE ITS A RIP OFF!!!

1. False advertising- they are not in British Columbia Canada.
The clothing is cheap and not well made.
2. Horrible complicated return policy.
Costs to return the items is more than the clothing received. And will only give 20-30% of your money back. Or they offered 125% store credit… ARE YOU kidding. They firstly are claiming their store is closing, and second why would I want more garbage clothing.

Took almost 2 weeks to get a decision to refund any amount. Refused to give me any more than 30%. Unacceptable. Not easy and terrible.

First of all its a scam website. Items are of poor quality. Delivery takes many weeks...as it probably come from China. They email you saying they are back logged, etc...truth is China is far away. The clothing items we got have no tags or labels on them. Return policy is not what it seems...you can send it back on your dime and only get 50% store credit. Claim they are moving to Spain lol.

Michael & Claire Vancouver is a fake storefront. The Return Centre is No.160 Nijiayan Road Jiangbei District Ningbo, Zhejiang 315000, China (CHN). Phone: 17758231352Z. They have no office in the Netherlands, nor a warehouse in Vancouver. They are not a Canadian couple relocating to Spain and selling their finely made merchandise. The fabric is of poor quality, the garments come with no labels or tags, and the items look nothing like those shown on the website. I exchanged more than a dozen emails with customer service, and was eventually told they don't provide refunds, only store credit, or buyer-paid return shipping to China (within a limited number of days, which had already passed). BUYER BEWARE, and please report this scam to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre if you've already had dealings with them.

My experience with Michael and Claire Vancouver. I ordered a number of items from them online and bought into the story that they were closing their Vancouver location and retiring to Spain. I confess I shouldn't have relied on just the reviews on their site and should have investigated further before ordering. The clothes I received were of terrible quality and generally 100% polyester. The sizing was all over the place and frankly seemed random. I contacted them as soon as I received the order in order to return it (30 day money back guarantee on their website). After many emails with someone named Sophie, their response was to offer me either a 15% refund or a 50% store credit! I then disputed the charges with my credit card company and I'm happy to report that within a day of speaking with the bank, I received an e-mail from Michael and Claire offering me a full refund. I received the refund within a week, there was no mention of returning the clothes. The site is a SCAM!!! If I could have given it 0 stars I would have.

Save 67% $64.95 CAD which is a total lie, as you would be lucky to get $10.00 for these pieces of crap in a store. You would have to mail these to Asia for a return so don't bother buying from this site.

Never order from this company. Even I got misled....they are not a Vancouver based company. Their goods are cheap Chinese knockoffs....not looking forward to return attempt......to China!!!!

Don't bother to order. In case you have to return the item you should send to China. From Toronto, ON it would cost about $100.

Crap! NOT a Canadian site! Basically SHEIN or Temu stuff that was shipped from China. They were advertised as a quality, name brand orthopedic loafer. They did not come in a box rather they were wrapped in plastic. There is no name or label. They are cheap and not accurate sizing. Basically they are useless to me. They charge extreme shipping costs to send back to China. I’m out $70. Infuriating.

Sandals were like a piece of cheap plastic type fabric. But ad looked like my Taos sandals. Free 30 day return but you have to pay the shipping back to China. I opted for the 15% refund and did receive it finally. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM! It's an AI site that is a fake front for a cheapo manufacturer in China. The shipping even stated it was from China! And it wasn't the right product but it will cost too much to return. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

There is no Michael, no Claire, no Vancouver. On their website there’s a generic picture of a handsome young Caucasian couple, probably lifted from some ad. There’s an address for a warehouse in Vancouver that’s just a small house in a completely residential area (I live in Vancouver so I checked) and the phone number provided is not a working number.
I ordered a pair of flip-flops that were too big. On their website it says 30 day return policy. Within one hour I wanted to return it. I ended up with pages and pages of correspondence from someone named Sophie who offered me many things instead of a refund. In the end, when I insisted she gave me an address in China and said I would have to send them back at my expense. And once they received them and then verified that they were in good condition, maybe then I would get a refund. Otherwise 30% refund and I can keep the flip-flops. Does anyone recognize a scam here? I opted for the 30% refund, but I’m not holding my breath. So be warned and beware.
