I originally ordered a pair of 3ct tw Lab diamond earrings and when I received them I realized that the backing that I ordered did not work with my ears and made the earrings droop a little. I immediately sent a request asking for an exchange for the same earrings with a different back.
I thought they would give me a hard time. So many companies make it so hard to do returns or exchanges, but not Michael Gabriels.
