We dealt with Emma whilst we are purchasing through Michael's Property to keep it all in house and the process of gaining our mortgage was a little trickier due to being self employed but Emma made the whole process as smooth as she could and explained exactly what we needed. She took the time to explain the whole process clearly and concisely and solved all queries in a matter of minutes. Even when I had a question and Emma wasn't in, her colleague was able to answer straight away.
