Michaels have been exceptional from the very first time we contacted them to completion. Max visited us for a valuation and explained the whole process with kindness, patience and professionalism. Michaels had our property sold to our first viewers and the whole process only took three months. Their photos and description of the property are superb. When phoning the Colchester branch I was always left satisfied with the responses from them, if it was something that needed resolving it was dealt with swiftly and I was kept informed of progress on a regular basis. Jo was amazing with her support throughout the process, she dealt with issues that could have become stressful and reassured us when we had worries, a true pro. I recently used Michaels to sell my house and I cannot fault the entire experience.
