Misrepresentation, Buyer Beware
Because I was so disappointed by the cheap looking machine I received in the mail, that's what prompted me to check the micoaes website more closely. I feel VERY MISLED - Google shows the address they list on their website is a hotel/apartment, not a factory at all. They claim to be a manufacturer? Customer service and communication is terrible, revealing they know basically nothing about how any machines work. Very unhappy with bad quality of machine and these dishonest business practices I mentioned. Buyer Beware!
