You order was placed on Sunday and dispatched next day. However, Monday was a public holiday and your delivery got caught up in the Royal Mail strike on Wednesday 31st August. This is very frustrating for us, since we are only located a short distance from you. In anycase, we have refunded the additional money paid for quicker delivery.
