Mid-Key has an easy simple to follow loan application process, from the initial online enquiry, to an easy method of providing document requirements through their online portal, to the valuation stage, and the final and e-loan approval stage to completion. I just utilised the Midkey product for my new house construction, which went way over budget. Midkey was the only product I could find which enabled me to keep my house to live in, instead of selling it. The process has been very smooth and efficient with Amanda. The only concern I had was the determination of the interest rate, with respect to the RBA rate. With the recent drop by the RBA, Midkey has lowered their rate by the same amount and effective within a week. Better than my traditional bank. 6 stars deserved and a happy customer.
