The pieces are great quality and I am pleased with them but there was such a mess around with the order. I received them around a week late - which was a little distressing as I had bought the jewelry as a birthday present. I emailed to the support team who gave prompt responses and managed to sort the issue for me. I would order from them again but perhaps when I'm not so worried about receiving the order on a particular date!

First order 15th of April never arrived
Second replacement never arrived
Third replacement 11th of May never arrived

i don't know what you will do , i keep taking the same response : we will call the fedex and keep you updated but you never say to me what the courier says to you.
If i have don't have a clear response for my order today i will have to cancel it .
If you don't give my money back i will take Legal action against your company for not getting my (paid) package after 30 days and for an unfair business for paying extra $ for 2-3 business days delivery.

I hope this time i get a clear response.

Edit: They answer that they gave me a reply but they never sent an email. AWFULL

Absolutely loved my purchased pieces. I got my husband and I matching pendants and he loves it as well. The quality is fantastic (I’ve slept, showered and worked out) for anything you have planned for the day. Would totally buy again!

My package says its been delivered and 'fulfilled' but I have still yet to receive it. I sent an email and they said they'd look into but after that no response

Changing my review.. my pieces came in today and they are great quality. I really like how the gold and silver look and the chains are perfect. I ordered the lion and Medusa and I am happy with them. Thank you to midnight city for the response. I am satisfied with my purchase!!!

I put in my order about a month ago and have not received the package yet. I paid for a quicker delivery and it has taken way longer than it should. I emailed the support team but have not received any updates on the whereabouts of my package.

It has been 17 days and still don’t have the products I ordered. In fact I emailed customer service a week before and no reply. When tracked the package remained at the post office for two weeks. About to file a complaint with my credit card company. Horrible customer service and have not received my products.

I paid 17 pounds for "DHL Next Working Day, Tracked" delivery. Not only was it 4 days later when the order was first scanned by DHL, but it has been 3 weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to receive a thing. Very disappointed with my purchase experience.

I ordered a couple of chains and pendants after seeing the awesome designs online. Super unique and everything is super high quality, feels nice and heavy, cheap or that yellowy gold colour. Looks awesome on. Thanks!

Still haven’t received my package after paying an outrageous amount for 5-7 day shipping. I ordered the pendant over two weeks ago. I emailed customer service with no response back. Then, because I wrote a bad review on them before, they claimed to send an email to clear things up and they can’t even manage to do that. Heard nothing from them. Looking like Midnightcity is a scam. Better get my money back if this doesn’t get solved.

i’d give it a 1 star, but i’ve yet to receive it. i pay for 1-2 day shipping, for it to leave the warehouse in 1-2 days. gotta wait 10 for dhl to get it to the US? f*cked up. i’ve ordered plenty of items from overseas and this is a first.

Paid a ridiculous amount of money for the 5-7 day shipping to the U.S. for a small pendant and still hasn’t even reached the country according to the tracker. It has been two weeks. I contacted customer support with no response back.

Horrible experience. Paid for next day shipping only to be told it was accidentally put in the 10-12 day order. Then was given a false tracking number from the company themselves. This company is a scam that steals your money. Not sure how they are still in business.
