Do not seem to be authorized US distributors for Phonak!
I cannot confirm migelino is a legitimate Phonak distributor
The salesperson was friendly & persistent. Fearing a scam due to prices FAR below local dealers, and not offering in-person fittings as required by Phonak, I emailed Phonak.
Three times!
I was told that they cannot confirm that migelino is an authorized Phonak distributor.
So I called Phonak. They have never heard of migelino or received any queries about them except for mine.
There are too many known authorized resellers to do business with somebody who can't be confirmed as one. They might be selling gray or black market product, or worse, not selling anything at all.
It's not worth the risk of losing thousands of dollars.
I dealt with a wonderful, legitimate local distributor who is providing me superb, in person support, and many extras not possible with some online company based in a foreign country.
This company continues to contact me and ask me to modify or remove my reviews. All they need to do is have Phonak contact me, but oddly, they seem unable to do so.

After writing this review, the company OWNER emailed and texted me repeatedly, trying to coerce me to remove this review. He told me that United States law did not matter, and he even threatened me with litigation for "libel!" Next, he made religious references which deeply offended me. Finally, he had this review removed for using the first name of the salesperson who called me. I submitted a complaint to TrustPilot with copies of email from Phonak and the owner of Migelino, and I was told that corrective action was being taken. As you can see, my second review is valid and available, much to the owner's chagrin.
The company is definitely unethical, and very possibly in violation of US commerce regulations. I have reported them to various state and federal agencies, and Phonak. I STRONGLY advise potential buyers not to do business with this organization.
