This brand is by far one of my favourites of the past year. I can’t get enough of the great designs and quality of the items. Well worth it. I look forward to all the new releases. I even have my wife and wee girl wearing Milana now.

Always really pleased with the quality of the fabric. A lot of new brands dont usually cut it with the quality of the t-shirts but always impressed with thickness and how lovely they wash. I have about 11 items already and will certainly be purchasing more. Customer service team fab too, i emailed today to explain i needed my outfit asap as its for the airport weekend and they emailed straight away and confirmed shipping already. GREAT WORK TEAM!

The fit of the hoodie is fine and thick quality. BUT WHY IS IT BUILT FOR SLENDER MAN THE ARMS ARE DOWN TO MY KNEES?!?! And don’t even get me started on the returns process. I am currently trying to get the posted back privately because they don’t have a returns portal?! And you have to pay to return it. WHEN I WORK 2 MINUTES AROUND THE CORNER. I have paid £10.00 to return the item that isn't even designed correctly.
The best of the best quality! It’s so refreshing to find a brand with such amazing quality products, not having to worry about washing it once and the garments to go bobbly/shrink. Luxury quality clothes I love every item I own, every peice is an investment as they are so well made they will last for years. Can’t wait to order more!
Received the wrong item initially (after Black Friday so a busy time and these things happen) so I sent the item back, then it was too big so had to send it back again. Just received the smaller size, it’s such amazing quality and the Milana team always got in touch with me when needed. Was worried after reading the reviews on here but it have no complaints 💕
Issued credit back instead of a monetary refund. Raised this as a dispute with my bank as completely unacceptable given the numerous issues with my order. This company has lied to my bank claiming I have used the credit given as a refund. AVOID. I have provided proof to my bank of the issued credit remaining untouched so all sorted thankfully. Happy to share detailed proof/receipts of this issue.
I really cannot believe a company would stipulate such a scandalous lie when I have proof of the credit provided remaining untouched. Maybe an error on their part and they haven’t checked properly, but not sure I can trust this company again which is a shame.
I was going to detail how my order was botched in the first place from them running out of items and not posting when they said they did, but this really tops it.
Got my daughter a tshirt, didn’t realise it was oversized so sent it back for a smaller size which was returned within a week. I also sent it back after 14 days and got it changed with no hassle. I then ordered a jumper and had an issue with Royal Mail, which was partly my fault, I sent off an email to Milana Studios to ensure I would receive the jumper for Christmas and had a member of staff call me up to sort the issue out. The jumper is now on its way for Christmas. Really impressed with the service I received and the quality of the items I have ordered.
Disgusting customer service. Sent a top back cost me over £5 to send back they sent me an email to say this has a mark onit so no refund . Sent me the top back no mark at all onit. Tried emailing no answer. Would never buy from them again. Not trust worthy . And need looking into by trading standards

I had an issue with Royal Mail & how they attempted to deliver my order. The team at Milana (Abi, Ruby & Lisa) couldn't have been more helpful, and got my order resent without any delay. A refreshing experience.
Great company , customer service is amazing . As a returning customer I can confirm the quality of clothing and material is second to none, no shrinking or shape loss when washing . I have ordered some hoodies for my daughter for Christmas and after returning to exchange a size Abi went out her way to txt me with updates and options, i have never had that service from any other company in the uk, I can not fault this company and will continue to buy for myself, partner and both my girl and boy . Thank you Milana . I love your company

BIG MISTAKE !!!
Do not order if you need to return. Return cost me £13.35 with Royal Mail and then Milana charged me £5 original postage costs. £18.35 out of pocket with no clothes to show for it !

Don’t order from this company unless you are 100% sure you want to keep the items. I ordered 4 items and needed to return them because they didn’t fit. I asked for a full refund. They then refused to refund the most expensive item by saying it was marked! The item that was marked I didn’t even take out of the packet. Very disappointed and wished I had read the reviews first. I will not be ordering from Tara ever again!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would! Basically out to rob you, never received my parcel no one gets in touch there is basically no way of communicating except through email and you don’t get answered, tried social media as well just get ignored. This went on for around 3 to 4 weeks, then eventually got a reply basically saying I am not getting refunded as it’s past the 14 day period but I got ignored this whole time, £170 I won’t get back
