I was very particular in what i wanted in a reformer and the maple studio had everything.
Sammy answered so many questions of mine.I was even sent photos,so i could see what upgrades had been made.His customer service is first class.
The delivery company were fantastic, delivering my reformer when I could be there.Lovely people.
Milaron went above and beyond.
The maple studio is beautiful,well built and glides smoothly.
It comes with all the extras,instead of having to purchase separately.
Definitely recommend to buy a reformer through Milaron.

A great product
Had several calls to the guys as I was unable to actually test the product in western Australia.
Honest as to description and timing of delivery.
It is a top quality machine, very happy.
I would recommend paying the extra for the white glove service to have it unpacked and assembled made it completely hassle free, and no awkward packing materials to take to the dump.

Milaron - Maple Studio Crème V2
Sammy at Milaron Pilates was engaging and helpful right from my very first enquiry through to the completion of the white glove installation. The product is not only visually pleasing but very sturdy and works well. I highly recommend this company when looking for your reformer machine.

Sam was super polite and so helpful in meeting my needs. The maple studio reformer is made from high quality hardwood timber - the same used in most quality guitar necks. Im 93kg now (same as my wedding weight 15 years ago), yet the reformer is able to cope with my movements in all modes including jump board. The plastic wrapping is a little tricky to remove completely but at least the product is well protected in transit, especially to WA. 10/10. Big thanks sam for the upgrade and speedy delivery. Goodbye scoliosis pain, hello strength, fitness and happiness.
