Do not buy anything from this company. Bought a dress which was horrible, not what was advertised, came from China, badly made and 100% polyester! They don’t tell you that their products are made in a sweat shop in china! Asked for refund and they wanted me to pay for return to china. Eventually after a lot of emails they eventually gave me a refund
Terrible company with terrible products

This morning a small grey plastic bag contained a screwed up, poor quality, nylon printed, badly made dress that I had paid almost £50 for. Milasoho is not a boutique in London but a scammer from China. The dress advertised was an elegant summer dress in a cotton/linen mix. I contacted the company immediately to arrange a return and refund. Their answer was to send it PDP (duty paid) to an address in China. No form given or address label for them to know it was my return.
An expensive lesson learned.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.
THE QUALITY OF THE CLOTHES IS AWFUL _ IT IS LIKE WEARING PLASTIC> THEIE MARKETING IS FULL OF LIES> THEIR CUSTOMER SEVICE IS ABYSMAL. BUY ELSEWHERE.

I couldn’t agree more with every comment so far. If only I’d read the reviews before ordering. The dress is absolutely awful, badly made in cheap polyester fabric, totally unwearable. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.

NOT a satisfied customer!!! Shocker! Website says it is a linen dress and the garment that arrived looked like it had been sewed by a child. Material is not even worth wearing, more like cheap polyester

Total scammers.AVOID. Dreadful garments made from awful synthetic material with really bad printed designs. Couldn’t be bothered trying to return. Went straight in the bin. Don’t be fooled by the photos!!!

The dress took 10 days to arrive. It is made from cheap, nasty material, is badly made and looks nothing like the picture.
WORSE STILL, the returns address is China and with an insistence on using expensive tracked delivery for returns despite having a UK email address. Its another Chinese company full of deceipt😡!

Wish I had read reviews on trust pilot before I purchased. Parcel arrived late screwed up in grey plastic bag, absolute rubbish material, unwearable, looks like a soft cotton,linen in picture it's a cheap nylon. Company looks like based in UK, but have to return goods to China, they don't have a company address it's probably a 1 woman band operating out of a shack. Useless trying to get money back paid £49.95 for a piece of trash. Shall be reporting them to Trading Standards. UK should tighten up on these rogue sellers

I wish I could award no stars. My order finally arrived today. The dress/fabric is horrible, it looks nothing like the photo. I want to return it but feel doubtful that I’ll ever see a refund… watch this space!

Whatever you do never buy anything from this cheap and nasty deceptive firm, Mila Soho. Their sizing is all wrong and the quality of goods is extremely poor and does not match the photos.
If you wish to return items and get your money back you have to post the items back to China, all at your expense! A dreadful cheating firm, don’t touch them with a barge pole. And I can just imagine their reaction will be to laugh.

Absolutely awful!

The dress arrived screwed up in a plastic bag. The quality is shocking and the dress is tiny even though it says M. I wouldn't wear it as a summer dressing gown. Steer clear - the dresses look great on the photographs. They're not. It's a scam.

This is not a Soho boutique. Dress arrived, different style and material to picture. Do not use.

Wish i'd read the reviews before ordering! .The dresses are nothing like the photos ; sizing and length differs for each one. Colours on photos were pretty and soft but in reality are a brash print on shiny polyester. Took long to arrive in a grey plastic bag. Would return but I dont trust the returns process.
No wash labels. Dreadful rip off comoany.

The dress was not the one shown on the website.Also very poor quality unwearable.Returns £27 dress £45.

This is yet another company that has never had a shop in the UK, and is selling rubbish from Temu and Shein at inflated prices . They tried it with the same wording as a boutique closing down in York. DO NOT USE.
