Not communicative and very sketchy
So this company seems to be scammers to me. I was contacted by email once I clicked the email it took me to another link which I guess signed me up however I was confused and just exed out then I tried calling them so I can better understand. No answer and no call back from my vm. I started to get emails again this time they were asking for receipts. I didn’t bother with those emails for a little because again it felt like it was bs especially since I still haven’t been able to get in touch with them. Then the app it was about blocked my account so again I tried to reach out nothing so I screenshotted all my transactions which they then replied to get it from my bank however with this game I used so many cards there was no way I was doing all that so apparently they came up with an amount on their own even seeing the receipts I had from my apple account purchases so in the end I lost my game that was the only enjoyment I got and they pretty much aren’t giving me a fraction of what I spent. I really thought this wasn’t legit and they handled this really inconsiderate of the people they supposedly represented. They cared nothing about me only that main person whose case started this. Just another company that shows they are ONLY about money
