Wow! What can I say! I can't recommend MILES BYRON highly enough. Richard is amazing, very professional and caring. Richard enjoys his work and is with you every step of the way and with regular updates. Sold our house straight away where others failed. Richard sold my house for me, exchanged contracts yesterday!

His valuation was spot on, and within 3 days he had arranged 4 or 5 viewing and we accepted an offer (over asking price) from one of them.

The legal process throughout can be painful, Richard has guided us through, giving the buyer a nudge when needed to keep things moving. He’s very knowledgeable and aware of the market, a really nice guy you’d like to buy a house off or deal with generally, nothing was too much for him to do, including checking on the house as it was empty, putting the heating on to avoid burst pipes etc.

Richard goes to great lengths to aid his clients sale. He is easily contactable, and does do more than your average estate agent.
We were able to see what he did to facilitate a chain, and he did lots for our buyer in selling theirs, as well as buying ours.
So, he does take every deal personally, and is focussed in ensuring they compelte successfully

Well what can I say. As part of the sales process I used two well known estate agents and was recommended Miles Byron through a family friend. All I can say is I’m so glad I found Miles Byron. Richard (I still go to call him Miles 😊) was absolutely brilliant. You can see from his passion and work ethic he genuinely loves what he does and will always work to get the best (and realistic) result for you. I had a few queries that were slightly out of his job role but he was always there to ask questions and provide advice. They say moving is one of the most stressful things, I’m glad I had Richard to help me along, get me a good deal and just be there to vent to sometimes.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Miles Byron in fact I would urge you to try him, you won’t be disappointed.

Miles Byron has been, by far, the most easy to work with estate agent I have ever encountered. Richard is extremely friendly, approachable, informative and honest which is most refreshing and makes the process of selling your house as stress-free as possible (which is hard)!

No matter what time of the day or night I had a question, Richard would always respond promptly and go the extra mile to follow up if necessary. He also made viewings line up on days that suited me, instead of his busy schedule, and communicated them to me almost instantaneously. He took into consideration every request I had and never forgot to inform me along the way.

Even towards the later stages of completion, when required to be the 'go between' I received the same service; quick responses and open communication. I could not have asked for any more!
