Being greeted by staff as soon as I walked in,
Joanne, being the only ‘free’ person, I spoke to her. She was friendly, listened to what I wanted. She immediately got up to collect a brochure, a firm I hadn’t thought of, but had exactly the same holiday as I was thinking of. So knowledgeable, regarding firms and holidays. Within 15 minutes,she had spoke to the travel company by phone, got details of price etc, and gave me time to contact my husband. Holiday booked, so thoughtful, friendly and knowledgeable, is how I describe Joanne. She is another staff asset to

Excellent service
Miles Morgan Travel have very friendly and knowledgeable staff, Kate answered all my queries and was able to give me lots of information on where I am travelling. I was able to book my holiday through them straight away and would definitely use Miles Morgan Travel in the future. Excellent service, going above and beyond.

Joanne was so helpful. She emailed information to help us make choices, then did the booking admin for us. The whole process was so easy and stress free. I can't think why anyone would want to spend hours online booking for themselves when staff at Miles Morgan Travel can do it so quickly and efficiently.

Laura was very tolerant of me
Laura was very tolerant of me, it was her 10 year anniversary of working at miles Morgan and I rocked up. Didn’t have a clue as to where I wanted to go, she talked me through loads of options and now we are off to Cyprus yay!!! Would recommend riding to Cirencester in the rain and cold to book with Laura at miles Morgan travel!
