Miles Morgan Travel - Cirencester Reviews

Advisors are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. A pleasure to walk into the shop and work out how to choose and book a holiday.

All queries deal with efficiently. Alison was great

Friendly and efficient staff.

We have been customers of this branch for several booking and couldn’t be more pleased, the staff are so helpful and the lady we deal with ( LAURA WAITES ) is brilliant with us. We are both over 70 years of age I’m almost completely Deaf and she just makes sure I understand everything. We live in Swindon but it’s worth coming to Cirencester for peace of our minds..
Every thing is covered. Laura keeps us informed with any updates. Thanks

We have just booked another holiday with Miles Morgan and as usual the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would rather book through Miles Morgan than sit at home pressing buttons and wondering if all the booking tasks are complete. A special thanks to Laura and Alison who have dealt with our last requests.

Would highly recommend going into Miles Morgan and booking a holiday...found the staff very helpful and didn't feel at all rushed ...booked a holiday with all we required and requested.

Laura was very professional and helpful and answered all our questions

I was new to the shop and the agent was very helpful and thorough. I came away confident in the work she did for me.

I when I made initial contact with Miles Morgan, I asked to speak to Joanne unfortunately she was unavailable but phoned me back having been told of the type of holiday I was looking for, she consequently managed to find a holiday that suited our requirements and budget

Laura is professional, task orientated and listens to our requirements and matches them.

My holiday was booked within a matter of hour from making my initial enquiry.

All handle very well by Laura.

Really effective personal attention from Kate

Laura is an absolute legend, she always takes the time to listen to me, guide me and make my holiday dreams come true! Thank you Laura x

Outstanding holiday company to book with. After a few emails for information regarding a possible holiday i ended up actually booking. All the information I was given helped us to make the decision. Booking process was straightforward. Big shout to Laura who works in the Cirencester branch. She was fantastic in helping us.

Kate and her team are absolutely marvelous. They all take the time to organize the best holiday for you. I wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday.

Laura at the Cirencester branch was very helpful and professional in finding us the right holiday at the right price.

Very helpful and supplied all the information that we need for this booking

The agent was very well informed and the booking process easy and well conducted

Although it was a busy day when I made enquires about a cruise, Joanne did come back to me with options quite quickly.
Since then I have booked and again Joanne has been really helpful.

Once again Kate in the Cirencester office booked flights for 22 of us to Crete with her usual efficiency and happy greeting. Thank you!
