Miles Morgan Travel - Clevedon Reviews

Having not been away together for many years, we bit the bullet and popped into Miles Morgan Travel. We were looked after by Simeon who took great care to understand what we were looking for.
After a very thorough search, he offered us a solution that matched our hopes and expectations.

Good & helpful, taking time for us to get the holiday we were looking for, very efficient in all aspects.

Staff always so helpful & knowledgeable. We always see Abby from the Clevedon office. She will go out of her way to help us . She made the booking process effortless and made enquiries on my behalf to Virgin and Mabula. So looking forward to our trip very soon with Newmarket to SA

Very helpful and courteous throughout our dealings. Amanda in particular was so helpful in ensuring we were happy with the holiday booked and all transactions were carried out efficiently. Highly recommended

We just popped in to enquire about a price of a cruise we were thinking of booking in the near future but ended up booking it there and then. Even though we hadn’t pre booked an appointment Simeon took the time to find us a good price on the cruise we were looking for, taking the hard work out of hands.
All the staff are always attentive and friendly. It’s good to use a local business.

Simeon was very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to please.

Amanda came through again after are holiday was cancelled over the Middle East. We went back in and seen Amanda and she has sorted us out another great holiday.

Fast and efficient as ever. Thank you, Abi, at the Clevedon branch.

Yea everything was explained to me very well.everything booked and we're ready to go.thanks

Amanda made all the time in the world for me to organise a holiday for my husband and I .
It was rather short notice to book a cruise and get everything we wanted but Amanda worked long and hard and very patiently to make sure we got it.
A big Thank you to Amanda

I've been going there quite often because I always find their very helpful and I usually go to see Simeon he's really obliging he really takes his time with you and he's really helpful and he's got a lot of experience so I find that very good place to go and have a holiday and they find it for you and it's suited me quite well also this is the one in Clevedon

Great cruise knowledge and friendly staff

I have nothing but excellent service from Miles Morgan . Abigail Limm the manager at Clevedon has been an absolute star fixing all sorts of holidays and cruises where extra requirements were needed. Nothing is too much trouble and time is always given to you .The team are friendly and helpful . Highly recommended! Thank you .

We had many options offered by Simeon. It was lovely to have choices, and his response was kind and very efficient. I will definitely use the service again.

We always book our holidays with Simeon and the Clevedon shop. The staff are so friendly and Simeon knows exactly what we want

We came to book a river cruise but were unsure what company to use. Simeon was very informative and helped us make our decision. When we decided on the cruise there were a few more questions and he contacted the company directly to get the info.
There was no hard sale just a pleasant experience.

Just popped in to enquire about cruising around The British Isles. Ended up booking a holiday for three on Saturday. Amanda & Abbey were so helpful.

Incredibly courteous , professional , helpful , polite and good advice

We have just booked our third holiday with Miles Morgan - Clevedon branch. First one with Judi who was just brilliant and the last two with Abby, also brilliant.
From booking to advising us on different aspects, always helpful, very knowledgeable and definitely go the extra mile every time.
