Miles Morgan Travel - Clevedon Reviews

Had excellent service booking two holidays with Simeon, everyone is so friendly & helpful, had a lovely cup of coffee while we were waiting.
Would definitely recommend.

Really easy to book our next cruise.
With pleasant staff.

We wanted something special and memorable to celebrate our 25th weddimg anniversary. Abi offerred us some great options and opened us up to places we'd not previously considered. She was patient with us as we flitted around and nothing was too much trouble. Went away with several options but decided on the river cruise that Abi first suggested! Excellent service with lots of choice and very happy outcome. Our friends reccomended us to MM. We'll now be doing the same with other friends.

Amazing service as always from Simeon.
The knowledge Simeon has about all the holidays we have ever booked is first class, he always takes time to go through everything to find the perfect holiday.
No hesitation to recommend Miles Morgan Travel.

Very good service from Amanda

Abby and the team always go out of their way to make the customer feel valued. They are professional, friendly and responsive.

Helpful staff patient and knowledgeable.

The staff were very helpful, efficient and knew their product

Our experience with Miles Morgan was particularly positive during the booking of our holiday. Jenny and I had previously visited two other well-known travel agents to book a cruise for Jenny’s retirement after 40 years of service as an NHS nurse. We were nearly ready to abandon the process and visit Mile Morgan travel agents in Clevedon.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Judi who offered us a hot coffee. We had numerous questions which she answered with confidence and a comprehensive understanding of cruise ships and their offerings. There was no pressure to make a decision or sign a contract.

We informed Judi that we would return the following day. She informed us that it was her day off and gave us her business card before departing.

Later that evening we contacted Judi via email and were surprised to receive a prompt response. The following morning we returned to the Miles Morgan office in Clevedon to book our cruise with Abigail, another member of the team who was equally competent.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for their assistance and look forward to booking our next holiday with Miles Morgan.
Paul & Jenny

I have used Miles Morgan several times and have received exceptional service everytime.
My experience yesterday was also excellent.
A good professional service.

Phoned up to enquire about the TUI black Friday discount for a TUI river cruise. Spoke to Abigail who was extremely helpful & very friendly . She looked up the cruise we were interested in & told us the price with the discount which we were very happy with so we asked her to book it for us there & then. Abigail was very helpful talking us through the deposit payment process over the phone & very patient whilst my wife was paying the deposit.
We always book our holidays through Miles Morgan Clevedon branch. All the staff are extremely helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable & we always receive a great service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful chat all areas covered great service , holiday all booked from the bucket list

We booked an appointment with Amanda for 10:30hrs, appointment on time and we were welcomed with a lovely Cuppa. I had already informed Amanda what we were looking for so she was able to do some research before we arrived. Amanda was very knowledgeable for our requirements and was able to give some useful tips and work within our budget to find the best possible Cabin location for our Cruise. It is reassuring to know that Amanda and the Team will be on hand to help with all issues leading up to our Cruise. Thank you Amanda and the Miles Morgan Team.

Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. We visited the Clevedon shop and enquired about a holiday in Canada. The member of staff who helped us had just returned from Canada and was very helpful and friendly. She gave us some brochures and we made an appointment for two weeks later. When we arrived she was waiting for us and took great care in itemising our holiday plans to exactly what we wanted.

Staff new the answer to our questions that enable a firm booking to be made

Amanda was very pleasant and efficient, despite being let down by her telecommunications system.
We are highly likely to use assistance in the future.

Abigail was very helpful and looked into what we wanted to do and came back with further ideas.

Very helpful assistant and very patient.
