Great customer service and attention to detail
Conor the Manager explained everything thoroughly to my wife and I about our preferred holiday destination; in this case Jamaica. Furthermore, he also provided holiday insurance options to us. The professional advice provided and customer friendly approach led to us booking our first holiday with Miles Morgan and we look forward to using this company again.

Friendly & Professional.
Attended our appointment with a view to booking a cruise around Japan. We were made to feel very welcome and offered a tea or coffee. Melissa was very helpful, answered all our queries and understood what our budget, requirements and preferences were. She successfully booked our cruise and managed to remain calm and friendly when the computer system decided to play up. Everything was fine in the end and we are looking forward to exploring Japan. Thank you Melissa.🙂
