Jo was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. She made booking our holiday to Singapore, Australia and Japan a pleasure. Clearly explained the details and made us feel confident to commit to booking our trip of a lifetime for us and our children.

Jo is absolutely fantastic
Jo in Malmesbury is absolutely fantastic. From helping me to choose the right cruise, to holding my hand through the various stages leading up to tickets, nothing is too much trouble. This was a surprise trip for my Wife’s Birthday and our Wedding Anniversary and Jo told the Tour Operator who then surprised us to a few treats. An amazing holiday and a lot of this was down to Jo.

USA Autumn 2025
We have recently booked a bespoke USA trip via Miles Morgan's Malmesbury branch. Having moved away from Wiltshire some 4 years ago (to the Outer Hebrides) we took advantage of their expertise once again in booking our get away this autumn. Nothing was too much trouble and Joanne put together the perfect itinerary for us including flights, hotels and car hire.

Maybe give the information BEFORE the transaction
I visited the Malmesbury branch to purchase some euros. The member of staff was perfectly polite and helpful. However , AFTER I had paid and she had given me the euros, she informed me that I would probably incur a credit card charge. If she had told me before, I would’ve paid by debit card. Whilst I appreciate it’s my responsibility to check, as a professional who deals with this every day, it would have been more useful for her to impart this knowledge BEFORE the transaction .
