First time booking a cruise!
Agent was really welcoming, confident and professional, she asked a few questions and was then able to find the perfect trip for us, she had personal experience of the trip and was able to answer questions, she understood what we were looking for and was able to offer a variety of options.
We came away feeling confident about our booking, just loved the personal experience touch and the agents knowledge and understanding.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am so glad that you enjoyed the experience of looking for a cruise, as talking face to face with someone is always easier than looking on-line, especially if it's your first cruise. I am confident that together we have chosen an amazing cruise that you we thoroughly enjoy.

Michelle in Monmouth went out of her way to find us a last minute flight to see family in Malta from the nearest airport. Will definitely use the Monmouth branch again. Thank you.
