Your agent not just sold us a holiday but took the time to select with us a cabin that would tick all the boxes for us in terms of price, comfort, access to best viewing experience (our first balcony cabin cruise) and a position which restricted the amount of walking (my wife has a hip problem). She was also on hand to sort out parking issues and all relevant paperwork re boarding passes. All we had to do was show up at the car park, park the car and walk on the ship.

I had an offer from a friend to join them on a holiday , I took the info into Jenny at Stroud and it was so easy to have it all done for me,printed out and knowing she will check me in for flight and hotel just before I go

The staff are all very committed in finding the holiday which will best suit the type of holiday you are looking for.
Karen put together the twin location holiday we were looking for and was always there on the end of a phone or email to answer and resolve any queries we had. She was polite, courteous and welcoming at all times.

I can honestly say I will definitely be using your Stroud or Nailsworth branch again for any future holidays.

I do think wi-fi is needed in your Stroud branch tho, as I had to keep going outside to get wi-fi.

But a 5***** rating from me for such wonderful service. It was superb.

Karen was fantastic both listening to what we wanted from our holiday but also suggesting us destinations we had not even considered based on her recommendations!
She spent time searching to find us the best deals and flight times and we are so pleased with the outcome.
She also spent time giving us brochures to think ahead to our honeymoon next year.
