Always welcoming even without an appoitment

We usually talk to Karen at Chippenham. She always goes above and beyond. She provides good advice and when we got stranded in the Caribbean due to a hurricane she got us home for a family funeral. All of the staff at Chippenham are superb under the management of Leah.

Booking my holiday was easy and staff very helpful dealing with any queries. I did not feel pressured in any way and happy with the outcome.

Perfect experience. We were listened to and there was no pressure to book. As ladies of a certain age and with limited mobility we weren’t straightforward but we now feel comfortable with the booking process

Visited the Wells shop two days ago. Very disappointed. Very noisy, could hardly hear with all the loud conversations.... not all with other clients, mostly staff chatting to each other. The acoustics are bad. Staff shoes click loudly on the wooden floor. Was served by a young lady who seemed to be very nervous and unsure. Found out later she is an "apprentice", so not her fault....she was not monitored or helped by any other staff member. Left after 30 minutes fully expecting promised email with details. 48 hours later ... nothing! Not like previous visit when service was superb. A lady called Margaret was there then, but understand she has retired. Great pity as the branch is nothing like it used to be. Having heard nothing after 48 hours we have used another agency......and had our holiday cruise, flights and hotel all sorted and paid for in less than an hour.

We are new to cruising and wanted some guidance. Nina and Rachel were fantastic in every aspect of planning our holiday and that gave me the confidence to go away and enjoy our holiday !
