Order No. MK178971. Processed and confirmed my order. Took my money, confirmed my order. Then, accused me of fraud and canceled it. No explanation. The only positive is that my money was refunded, so +1 star for returning it.

Ordered a pair of Grade 1 British Army MTP combat trousers for my son. These were the best price online and free delivery. My order was quickly dispatched by Military Kit, with Royal Mail tracking, and received by me a few days later.
On inspecting the trousers I could see that they weren’t Grade 1 standard so I took photos and sent an email with the photos to the help email address to ask for a return and replacement of the trousers.
Got a reply the following day including a returns label and explaining that a replacement pair would be posted out asap.
The replacement pair were received today and are in excellent Grade 1 condition.
Issues happen from time to but the customer service and communication from Jess at Military Kit was excellent and I am very happy with how quickly the issue was resolved.
Will definitely shop with Military Kit again

Rang them this morning to ask about sizing of boots I wanted to order, just got cut off so rang them back at 15.30 only to be greeted with an out of hours message and to call back during opening hours between 9-5. After reading the comments here I think I'll steer well clear of this company.

Wrong sizes not listed has advertised. And to pay for returning is a joke. Do not buy from here

Grade 1 is exactly what I received!
Boots arrived in perfect condition, I’ll get many years out of these.

I don’t fully understand the negative reviews the price is clearly stated along with the description.

Bought pair of Grade 1 German Para Boots. They arrived quick. Tried them on and walked up and down garden path, felt weird, took them off an inspected, heels and soles were almost coming away from the boots. Grade 1????
Returned and asked for replacement only if better quality could be guaranteed, or I wanted a refund.
Was told they would check stock and get back to me. Nobody did. I emailed to ask if there was an update and have been refunded without response.

Poor quality stock and poor service. Go elsewhere.

What a scam. Never got my items. I did my part contacting the postal service but no help. I asked the store for help they said they can't help. Waited another month asked for refund and they just ignore my emails. I've been waiting 3 months.

Needed new boots and after research came up to Altberg Warriors.Very glad I did, they're excellent boots,very well made,light and comfortable out of the box.Check for warrior travel reviews on madornomad website.It pursuaded me and might do you too .Service and delivery from MK excellent too

My experience of Military Kit has been nothing but positive. Really impressed. Personal, prompt and attentive service from staff members and the items received were excellent. Postage was quick and efficient, items securely wrapped.
I can find absolutely nothing to fault them for ... thanks very much.
I was not asked to submit a review, I am just happy to acknowledge service and attention which I consider to be better than average.

Had to cancel my order... because they will request further payment for shipping... weeks after I ordered and paid Helen sends me a PayPal payment request for additional 50 GBP...
Apparently cost of shipping is rising..

Great friendly staff and service. What's more, they haven't asked me to leave a review but felt I should. As I was ordering late for christmas, they put the item aside and I picked up in person, giving me the benefit of checking and trying on first, therefore avoiding possible returns. They have free delivery as well so can't fault them. Would highly recommend this company and if I had more money, I would be buying half of their stock. By the way, the item I ordered was far far cheaper than other providers. Top marks folks and best wishes.

Great company to deal with. Custom service is excellent and always helpful. Super fast shipping.
Only thing that lets them down is the courier services however I can not deduct stars because of this. Military kit get you gear packed nicely and straight in the post.

Brought a pair of boots about 4 months ago. The heel has already given in. Cheaply made with thin sole can feel the sole frame through bottom of boot. Asked for a refund. Told by Helen it was fair wear and tear. So boots are only supposed to last a few months now. Never have had this in the past. Poor customer service keep away. Will be reporting the company to Trading Standards. Will not be using again. And I would have spent much more money here but not after this experience. Keep away.

Woolly Pully jumpers arrived this morning. Absolutely thrilled with the product quality and service. Sizing advice on reviews spot on .Would definitely advise going up a size . Will be buying more.!!

Brilliant service from Helen at MilitaryKit, my order got cancelled and refunded due to stock issues but a few days later she found a pair and contacted me to see if I would like them still. At this point I had already chose another pair and purchased them from the website but I loved the pair I wanted originally so in the end I bought 2 pairs of trousers but that's okay as I'm sure they'll get use.

Over many small orders of items they've been superb. I recommend them completely. Some very good unusual items here too. Just ordered again a few T shirts.
