Being lactose intolerant used to mean giving up milk, dairy foods and the important nutrients, minerals and vitamins they provide. The Milkaid range of products contain lactase enzyme, a safe natural enzyme that is usually found in the digestive system. It works by breaking down the complex milk sugar lactose, into two more easily digestible sugars – glucose and galactose. Amazing product
This product is really effective against lactose intolerance when taken correctly. I give it to my 5yo just before he eats a meal with dairy and he loves that he isn't restricted from having a dairy treat anymore. I totally recommend it and would love if it was available at local pharmacies.

Milkaid is an absolute Con
Milkaid is an absolute con. They sell containers claiming to be 600ug of lactase. But on the back it states for that amount you need to use two tablets, meanwhile they also sell the 300ug tablets for less money. That's con number one. I've reported them to trading standards for that. Next is they don't seem to do anything for me compared to other brands, so I've sent some off to Food Standards to have them checked to see the correct amount of lactase is in each tablet. The whole company is an Amazon con company I think.

The enzyme activity of 6000 ALU has always been clearly stated in the nutritional information as the amount delivered per 2 tablets, which is the standard dosage. This information is clearly visible on the side of the label and all sides of the label are displayed on our Amazon product listings so that customers can make informed choices prior to purchase.
While our label has always met regulatory requirements, we do listen carefully to all customer feedback. In response to comments like yours, we’ve updated the front panel of the label to also include the number of servings, for greater clarity and ease of comparison. We hope this will help customers better understand the product at a glance.
We understand that experiences with lactase supplements can vary between individuals depending on the level of lactose intolerance and other personal factors. Received some free samples from this company as I have just recently been diagnosed with lactose intolerance. Wouldn't wish it on anyone. The company were very kind & fast delivery. Can I just say these Chewable Tablets strawberry flavour have been great at alleviating my symptoms very quickly. I would recommend these to anyone who has been diagnosed with lactose intolerance. Strawberry lactase tablets
I bought the kids strawberry lactase tablets for my 8 year old as we needed a convenient way for her to take the supplement. She's delighted with them and told me she wants me to always get them for her! She chews a bit then swallow it down with water. She likes the after taste more than the first crunch.

Milkaid listen. Great products, that work and taste great again.
Milkaid has really helped me to eat the foods I enjoy again.
They're great products.
Last year, they unfortunately changed their working and tasty formula, which sadly wasn't a great "update" taste wise at all.
So I then kindly reached out to Milkaid, who took my thoughts onboard, along with what I assume was many other customer's views.
They listened.
They adjusted the formula again, based on our feedback, and even created some great new products.
This company clearly cares and listens to its customers.
The new Vanilla flavour works and ALSO tastes great.
Many people have now tried these new formulas and flavours with me, and have since purchased their own pots.
Milkaid have also been kind enough to send me a sample of their new 9000 ALU tablets.
Thank you for listening Milkaid, and thank you for creating a tasty product that works.

Milkaid is amazing
Milkaid is amazing, there is 3 people in my home who can't have lactose. These tablets make it so much easier for them to eat. They can eat out at restaurants have ice cream, chocolate etc, without these tablets they would be more limited,
The customer service is 5 stars. They received my email and responded and sorted everything out within a few hours.
Never know such great customer care.
I would and do recommend the milkaid tablets to everyone I talk to who are lactose intolerant.
We have been using these tablets for over 3 years and they are sold in plenty of places such as Holland and barret, boots,Tesco and many more places.

started these milk aid tabs rasperry flavour and was impressed by how effective they were the holland an barret one wasnt so usefull it worked sometimes whereas the chewable type one before and one after any lactose meal works really well for me so far on week 2.im just concerned if i can build up a tolerence to these lol
