Exceptional customer service.
Initial order never made it however replacements were made & extra goodies (that were actually decent & worth it as opposed to other extras some companies include). Exceptional Scents are the key. So kudos to you for knocking it out of the park.
While the candle is very attractive visually, it’s largely about the smell. The aroma subtly fills the room that adds to the ambiance.
Update: Immediate response from owner & a refund provided; good customer service. I'll simply visit the store next time. (I ordered 2 infusers on Dec 10 and still haven’t received them but I keep getting reminders to review the purchase. There seems to be no update on the pkg tracker. I’d suggest not taking the order if it can’t be fulfilled.)

The soaps and candles are amazing, with incredible quality. The owner is great, and more than willing to work with customers to ensure things are accurate and get to them. On a similar note they also work to support other artisans in the community so everyone benefits. I cannot recommend them enough, they're who I'll be purchasing candles from for the foreseeable future.
Bernard is a sweetheart when it comes to dealing with customers! I bought the sandalwood and patchouli and it’s the best candle I have purchased. Whether you light it or not, the fragrance just fills the room. Love it!
Bernie is the epitome of maintaining Lowell Mill history. My Grandmother was a Mill Girl….and I remember going to pick her up after work with my Mom. It’s a treasured memory to keep some of our history alive.
I'm not sure what's better, the products or Bernard. I LOVE his candles, they are the only ones I personally use in my home and I can't see that changing anytime soon. We sell a ton of them in the shop and have had repeat customers buying the same scent because they enjoy them so much. How can it get better you may ask? Bernard, that's how. His customer service is off the charts and he is an absolute pleasure to have a conversation with.
These candles are amazing. My favorite is the Cranberry Woods and Pumpkin Spice. They have a strong scent that reaches the whole house. Not overpowering. Welcoming and nostalgic scents.
