I ordered a coat after seeing an advert online. Straight after ordering, I realised it was being shipped internationally, which was not made clear. I emailed to cancel on 9 October 2026, before the order had even been prepared.
I didn't get a reply until 15 October, nearly a week later, and by then they had shipped the item anyway. When I asked for a refund, they only offered a 20% discount, which still leaves me paying well over the odds. I paid £146. I will not pay for an international return on an order I cancelled before it was even prepared.
When the coat arrived, the quality was very poor and nothing like the advert. It felt worn and tired, as if it had come from a recycled clothing shop rather than new stock. The lining is thin, cheap synthetic material and arrived badly creased, and the outer fabric is not the quality shown. In my opinion it isn't worth even £1.
I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
My advice: check where a seller ships from before ordering from social media adverts, and keep a record of every email

I was happy to recieve my jacket and find it, not only to be beautiful, but to fit properly, as well. The sleeves were perfect.

This website is a total scam , product is made in bad quality , not what they say . They send a wrong sise , and they are lying about refund . Don't buy from them .

Bought the bomber jacket advertised. Down from 200 to 100. Its not worth 10 euro. Extremely bad quality

Pure garbage, a scam !!! No link with reality and pictures

I ordered a tweed jacket in Extra large. After two to three weeks I received a scruffy looking jacket screwed-up in a plastic bag with no labels and no identification. I'd originally ordered a Herringbone design and received a Stripe design I ordered extra large and received extra small although it was labelled XL and there was no reference to the material being Tweed. This is going back to Miller and Hill, and if I don't get a refund I will go through my bank claiming that they have misrepresented themselves which is fraudulent

The shirt is a good fit and comfortable. I have only had the shirt less than one week. Delivery was real slow.

Ordered a jacket and got taken in by the professional looking photos and discount, thought I was buying a high end item. It arrived after about 2/3 weeks, crammed into a small flimsy plastic bag. It was very creased, had no labels, no care instructions, no branding tags, patches etc. It could easily be a previously returned item. I will never use Miller and Hill again and would recommend no one else does.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is operating out of China which is not clear from their website. When the goods were received (this took a couple of weeks), the shirts I ordered for my husband were nothing like they were advertised and very poor quality. No where close to the quality that would be expected for the price point. When I enquired about returning I was told they needed to be returned to an address in China at my own cost. Returning to China is NOT stated anywhere in the returns policy! There was a UK return address printed on the packaging label of the parcel received, but when I questioned this I was told it’s just part of their logistics process and it wasn’t guaranteed it would get back to them for a refund! I’ve also been told I’ll need to sort out and pay for any customs costs and ONLY if the goods made it back to the address would a refund be processed. Alternatively I was offered a 20% discount to keep them. They are making it extremely costly and awkward to return so I don’t bother and they pocket the money for poor quality, incorrectly advertised items of clothing. Shocking!! Avoid at all costs!!

I would also give 0 stars if possible. This company is a classic bait-and-switch consumer fraud operation. Professional photos show beautiful clothing. I ordered a “cotton and linen blend” shirt for $59. Only then did I find out it ships from China, and takes 2 weeks to arrive — in a flimsy paper envelope. The shirt they sent was cheap, poorly made, had no tags sewn inside except “100 Polyester.” It bore no resemblance to the photo. I inquired about return and was told I needed to ship it back to China, AT MY EXPENSE. Even worse, they will only offer a refund if I included the torn paper envelope the shirt came in. Alternatively, they offered a 30% refund. This seems to be their business model: bait-and-switch consumers, make it impossible to return the item (bc it would cost more than the shirt), and then offer a partial refund. DO NOT BUY!

I had to wait for two weeks for the 'coat' to be delivered, and which turns out to be a jacket that is not unlike a thin quilted shirt, which for £115 is expensive. But that said, I like the design of it and the colour, and the wooly interior and hood, and I am expecting it to keep me warm in the winter.

Good product arrived when it said it would.

Would give zero stars if possible. Husband ordered boots. Took weeks to arrive from china in a bag not a box. Wrong size sent, terrible quality and convinced they are man made not suede. Cost £82!!! He is returning 🤞for a FULL refund.

I mistakenly made an order with them and within no more than 30 seconds I was trying to cancel my order they say that they would have a human communication within 24 hours I have sent them multiple emails and have had no response until I received an email saying that they had shipped out my order they are registered in the USA but actually are in London I believe although they make out that they are not I now have to wait for the order to arrive and then send the order back and Pay the post and wait until they have inspected my return order they are a feckin joke and a complete con I WILL NEVER BE BUYING FROM THIS BUNCH OF THIEVES AGAIN I HOPE THEY GO SKINT PLEASE AVOID THESE BASTARDS
