Millerandmason Reviews

The advice regarding the problem with the pressure washer was correct, the spare part was promptly despatched resulting in the machine getting up anbd running without further lost time

Many thanks...

Prompt delivery & sent to N. Ireland.

Very good communication and faultless delivery

All went well delivery very fast and new carb worked first time

Ordered a 10 kva generator, delivery was quick and free. Haven't yet set it up but seems to be decent quality for the price. Will be using Millar and mason again.

Poor build quality which doesn't last.
In the 24 months of ownership I've had to replace the on/off switch, the 4 engine mount bushes, the reel handle (which broke on the first use) and there's a split in the water cable.
Machine has only been used 15-20 hours and now the water pump has cracked.
Not worth scrap let alone the £300 i paid for it!!
Steer clear!!
Ps there customer services are terrible!!

I’m very happy with the delivery and after about 8 hours’ use I’m very pleased with the pressure washer. Really seems to be well made. Great hose length - but mainly the pressure is really good. Very happy so far. Hope it will last

Extremely helpful staff when I phoned to enquire about product . Very please with the washer and extremely good value for money. can recommend the product to all.

Great value product, delivered speedily

Haven't got to use the generator yet but looks like it's quality built easily put together

I bought this very strong petrol pressure washer at a very good price. The autumn seems to be a good time of year to buy one. I am looking forward to using it in the spring to clean my patios and drive hopefully with less stress and effort. I will let you know how I get on.

Appalling customer service! They seem to be using a company called Nitrotek to sell and deliver their generators. I had no acknowledgement of my order, no receipt and no delivery information until I chased them up. Staff are indifferent and communication has been terrible.

Website easy to navigate and product arrived on time. Excellent service throughout process.

Often only find out how good customer service is when something goes wrong. Item ordered was delivered promptly delivered but obviously damaged during delivery and had a number of parts missing. When I raised the issue customer service promptly replied, arranged replacement and collection of original order. Showed good service commitment and efficient service. Thank you.

Delivery time is best. Product is good 👍.
