So helpful. I emailed asking about the best food for our puppy. They were so helpful & offered so much advice.

Great food, high in protein and grain free and even better customer service. One of my orders hadn't arrived (due to no fault of their own) so after a few weeks I emailed and the team instantly recalled the delivery and sent a new one, which arrived in a few days with no issues and they kindly included a pack of treats to say sorry. Highly recommend using this company.

My 4 year old fox red Labrador Bernie does so well on Millie’s! We rotate him through the 50/50 range and he absolutely loves it!
He never gets issues with stomach or loose stools. We also give him the chews which he loves - especially the buffalo ears. Highly recommend Millie’s Wolfheart!

wonderful helpful advice received very quickly. Just what I needed. I have used Millie Wolfheart regularly over the years but now have 3 dogs of disparate ages and needed help.

Dog seems fine on this food. As for people saying "they're great at recommending xyz" of course they are. They're trying their best to sell you their product. I don't work for them but I'm sure I could write a convincing story to make you buy their food too. Go in to most vets and THEY will try THEIR hardest to convince you to buy their own food, even if it's cr@p. Luckily, this stuff is good, but don't just fall for a cute story about how a certain product is "a wonder product" just because the employee is good at telling a story about it. Some people would believe sh1t is good for their pet if the sales person was convincing enough

Excellent service. Got advice from Alison on the nutrition team about what food to try my 5 dogs on. Really helpful advice and transitioning onto the new food is going well. Fast delivery and will be using for all my dogs now. Highly recommend.

As a starting point the website is very clear and helpful. I sought advice in regard to what might be the best option of food for my puppy prior to making an order. The response from Elaine of the Nutrition Team was prompt and extremely helpful. Again, clear communication offering advice and options which were useful in my decision making.

We recently asked Millie's Wolfheart for advice on the best food for our young and very active springer spaniel, who we struggle to keep weight on due to his high levels of activity. He had struggled with loose stools and toxic trumps too. Eve from the nutrition department emailed us very detailed advice on the different foods available, which we have followed with great success. Our boy has gone up from 16.3kg to 18.1kg in the space of a month on Peak Performance, which he loves, and we love even more as his poos are firm and easy to pick up, with very little in the way of gas (which had been a problem with all other non-Millie's brands we have previously tried). He's got another kilo or two to go before reaching peak weight for his frame, but we are confident he'll get there. Eve has even advised what food to transition him to once he reaches target and stays there. All in all, a brilliant service and a great range of foods for working dogs.

More great advice from Eve. This time on which treats suitable for 4 month old puppy. I have suggested they add age range suitability to the website.

Very helpful and prompt advice when first choosing which food to order for my energetic 1 year old Australian Labradoodle. She's been on her new 60/40 range for 2 months now. Whilst she took to it immediately, in the last week she's been reluctant to eat it unless some moisture (water or gravy) has been added. All the same, I rate Millies Wolfheart as a good quality food in comparison to some other brands.

My working golden puppy loves it and is thriving! The customer service responses to questions is also very helpful for a first time dog owner. Highly recommend.

It took me a long time to find a food that agreed with my rescue dog from Cyprus. I was recommend Millie’s Wolfheart by a friend, so I contacted them for some advice and they were fantastic.

They really know their stuff and the food she has been on for the last 2 years leaves her stools perfect.

I’m getting another rescue pup and again, after consulting them about what food to try and I feel confident it was to buy and that my pup will be happy. Thank you for some much needed advice and great quality food

One of my dogs has a really sensitive stomach and we hadn't ever found the right food. I spoke to a specialist at Millies who recommended me a food based on the breed, activity levels and sensitive stomach issues. It works great! I always get comments about my dogs coats. Love the selection of natural treats too.

Really happy with the quality of the dog food and the service. Also very impressed by the advice about which variety to feed, based on individual dogs’ needs. Both my dogs (lurcher & JRT) are enjoying the food and are doing well on it - also seems to have solved the sensitive stomach problem with my little JRT. Definitely a Millies Wolfheart convert!

i have 5 dogs and often have dogs in foster, i buy a ot of dog food !

i moved to Scotland and had to stop using them as they only offer delivery via DPD and DPD in Scotland is so bad and i truly mean worse than what you're thinking !

i moved back down south and started using them again but again DPD has let them down, again i have paid for next day and DPD have send me a "sorry we missed you" message.

i've stayed in so not to miss them. i've used the farm address as there's always somewhere and someone about. i've updated and placed delivery notes with everyone and again DPD don't deliver

i'm now back to Akela, they offer different delivery services.

unless you have a positive DPD delivery person i wouldnt waste your money here

Millies Wolfheart is brilliant for my miniature Schnauzer.

Following a life threatening reaction to Metacam my little Schnauzer was struggling to find a suitable food that his now sensitive tummy could cope with and packed full of nutrition. Before the reaction he was enjoying a mixed raw diet. I tried several of the vet’s recommendations but still his poops, coat and well-being was struggling.

Then a friend recommended Millie’s Wolfheart so I gave them a call. Wow what excellent customer service. I was treated very well and given full explanations of the food they offered, the ingredients and the best one to try my little schnauzer on. Oscar has to have a single protein food now, which was suggested before I even mentioned it by the nutritionist.

He settled brilliantly transitioning to Millie’s Wolfheart and even gets excited now at meal times. He clears his bowl every time, has perfect poops and seams more energetic - even being a little naughty which is great to see.

I’m so pleased to finally have my cheeky little schnauzer is back, fit and enjoying his food again.

Our dog appears to enjoy her Millie’s food & I find the support & advice they offer very helpful. They are contactable by email & respond very quickly. I’ve made use of their advice on various “issues”

We have been using Millies for about 3 years now. It was recommended by a friend our Teddy is an 8year old Sprollie had awful problems with his digestion and faeces always runny. He also had to lose some weight because of arthritis.
We have had the best experience for his digestive issues no longer a problem our own vet recommended feeding Ted who was 29kg for a 25kg dog to loose his weight he s now a healthy 23kg which helps his arthritis not carrying the excess weight.
100% Millies Wolfheart for us.

We have been looking for so long for a high protein but low fat food as an alternative to raw after a diagnosis of pancreatitis so the need to switch to a low fat diet. We received such detailed and helpful advice from Eve and on paper, this product really does tick all the boxes for what we have been looking for. Can’t review the food yet as we have just placed our first order but if it’s anything like the help and support this company offers then we will have found everything we have been looking for.
