Matt at Milo Naturals has made our customer service experience stellar. We were having difficulty with getting our dog to eat (Milo Turkey Tail included). Matt’s personal responses, suggestions, and flexibility with our order made all the difference.
Cole has fatty lumps which had been growing rapidly-they are not growing now, and long-term, we are hoping for reduction.

I haven't used the turkey tail yet. I ordered a subscription and then my dog came down with some health issues that I am working with my vet to clear up before adding anything extra to his regimen. I had some trouble cancelling my subscription, so I contacted customer service and had a wonderful experience. They responded to me immediately and cancelled my subscription before it renewed. I'm very grateful. I'm looking forward to using the product once my dog's medical issues are resolved!

Love the product for my two pups (6 and 13)! I mix it in with their kibble and a little water, and they gobble down their "mushroom gravy." :) I noticed a huge improvement in my 13-year-old's skin tags and a hot spot she was struggling with (completely gone now). Customer service is prompt and helpful. Highly recommend!

We ordered Milo's Turkey Tail Mushroom for our German Shepherd, Tino, who has been diagnosed with bone cancer and is struggling with one of his front legs. Initially, we had problems placing our order because we live in Finland on a small island in the middle of the Sea. Unfortunately, many Finnish suppliers are unwilling to sell or ship to our island, making it difficult to access products that could improve our dog's quality of life.
When I contacted Milo's customer service and explained our situation, I was met with incredible understanding, compassion, and a genuine desire to help. The Milo team looked into the issue, found a solution despite the challenges, and made sure our order could be completed. Even more impressively, the products arrived in just over a week.
After introducing the supplement gradually, Tino received his full daily dose today. To our surprise, he suddenly started running around and playing with our other dog. I haven't seen that joy and energy in him for months. It brought tears to my eyes. We know there are no miracles when it comes to cancer, but our goal is simply to give Tino the best possible quality of life for as long as we can. Seeing him enjoy himself again was an incredible gift, and I truly believe Milo's Turkey Tail has already contributed to that.
We are deeply grateful for both the product and the exceptional people behind it. Companies like Milo make the world a little better for our beloved pets and the families who love them. Thank you! ❤️🐾

Great customer service from milo naturals, been on their turkey tail subscription for roughly 3 months and my dog has more energy than ever! Got it for him since he seemed down and now he’s looking like he’s back to his zoomis self.

Was doing my research for my mix-breed dog with health issues and found out about Turkey Tail. Online resources suggested Milo Naturals. Gave it a try and can see my dog heath improve over time.

Was initially worried my dog wouldn’t like the taste of it, but flavoring they added really helped!

I have had such positive interactions with the company when I have had questions and they went above and beyond.
My golden retriever has a large lipoma on his upper ribs under his arm. I was afraid of was causing him to limp. His limp was so bad we had to cut back walks, as I didn't want him to hurt or injur himself.
I cannot say whether his lump has gotten smaller but his limp is totally gone! And he loves the turkey tail! I'm calling this one a win!

Milo Naturals is an exemplary company. I with high hopes and ordered Turkey Tail Advanced for our Whoodle, Skeeter Bum. She has a quite large lipoma on her chest area and we have been concerned. Our Vet advised it was strictly cosmetic and only an invasive procedure would remove it. A friend told me about turkey tail mushrooms and how she heard that it helped some dogs. Unfortunately, she could not remember the name of the company so I researched extensively and came upon Milo Naturals. I liked everything about their website and sensed true sincerity. I ordered their Turkey Tail Advanced and followed directions to begin sparingly. And I did just a sprinkle not even close to half. Unfortunately, our dog was extremely sensitive to even that little bit and had a severe gastrointestinal reaction. I reached out to Milo naturals. I received an immediate response that was sent with compassion and honesty. Atul, the owner expressed sincere concern and offered to standby his guarantee. I write this to let you know that when you are thinking of purchasing Turkey Tail mushrooms for your dog truly consider Milo naturals.!!!!

Love Milo Naturals and everything they are doing, bought my Turkey Tail from them a few months ago on subscription and my dog is noticeably more energetic, customer service has been great, my new favourite dog brand!

Matt has been extremely responsive to every inquiry (same day response), he's done his best to help us Canadians receive their product, however at this time Milo cannot ship over our boarder due to government restrictions. So unfortunate, but Matt and Milo are working hard to change that! Despite all that, Matt was happy to provide a recommendation in the meantime and provide me with additional helpful info so I can help our beloved dog in her healing! Looking forward to using Milo's product in the future!

I have had my 11 year old dog on Milo turkey tail for two and a half months and hi lumps have definitely softened. I am very happy with the product and the caring response I have received from any communication.

Very professional company, provided 3rd party testing when asked and am very happy to be using their turkey tail mushroom for my dog, not many companies show this level of transparency.

Having purchased Natural Turkey Tail from them I was just doing some further reading on their site. Their site says their Turkey Tail is purchased abroad because nobody grows it here. That is untrue - actually The sale of Turkey Tail is banned here. I tried to email them (very politely) stating the above facts and my email was refused! Email was the only way I could find to get in touch no address or telephone number anywhere.
