If it was possible to rate a negative score it would apply here. I placed an order on June 14, 2020 for a fathers day present. I was aware of their quoted "5-20 business day" due to COVID however its now going on 31st business day and not expected to recieve my item until July 30! Theres no way to talk to a real person and only get generic messages as a response to any emails sent. I finally reported them as fraud to my bank and the next day, miraculously, they ship my item....though its been sitting at DSL since July 17th?!?!?
Either way this experience is by far the WORSE via internet purchases. I highly suggest you take the idea of whatever they're promoting and having it made up somewhere else. This company should pay their customers to purchase their items cause you'll likely have to file a fraud complaint JUST to get your item.

I ordered 2 shirts months ago. One arrived. The other has not. The one that did arrive is damaged. No way to contact to customer service other than by email and a drop down menu. None of the options pertained to me so my claim was denied. So I spent $60 and got one damaged shirt and have no idea if/when the second one will arrive. Don’t waste your time or money on this garbage.

Swift response by email when I queried shipping times and they have given me a partial refund but I’ve been waiting for 7 weeks for a Father’s Day present that still hasn’t arrived...

Ordered a shirt 2 months ago. I have tried to cancel 3 times and every time they say "Your product has just began printing, so we can't give you your money back" But the last email i received was "it was shipped 2 weeks ago" but NEVER got tracking/shipping info

I ordered a father's day shirt and still had not arrived. It said it was printed several weeks ago but never been shipped. I believe this is an internet scam. It says if you have a problem call the number to speak with someone but there is only automated answering and no way tho get to a person. I sent an email, but not sure if I will get a response. Next review is to the better business bureau. Avoid this company!!

It took a very long time to get my order, but my husband loves his shirt! It’s cute and nicely printed!

Do not order from this company. I recieved 1 email saying my order was processed basically . It quoted me 1 price charged my card another like a huge amount more. So ive took the liberty of screen shotting their website, and their facebook ads and put on every social media platform not to order from them. Look covid is one thing but to not even give people the option to speak to someone. You cant email them what's going on or ask questions its aggravating. It was a Father's Day shirt and that day he got nothing. I'm driving there on monday because thankfully it's about a hour and a half from my home. They screwed with the wrong person. I'll not go away, period. Everytime their facebook ads pop up I repeatedly type do not order from here!

I ordered a Father's Day shirt at the start of June. It's July 18th and still no shirt. When I try to check my order status or even go to the company website, I get a 502 Gateway error. This company is a total scam, and I'm very sorry that they have my credit card info. Do NOT buy from them.

The processing time for these shirts is completely unacceptable. I have tried to cancel many times in the 4 weeks it took to prepare the order and each time I was told no because the order was already being printed. I've been waiting 6 weeks already and it hasn't even shipped.

Cheap quality shirt. They don’t have the type of material written down on their website so I took a chance. I paid $30 for a Fruit of the Loom brand. My fault for taking that risk but I’m very disappointed with the quality as I can buy that brand from Walmart for $5.

Only because I couldn't give it no stars.

8 weeks on, 2 cancellation requests ignored and now just received a note to say it's "in printing".

Wish I had read these reviews before buying. Took 2 months to receive my purchase only to discover that they’d sent me someone else’s order. Barely any response from customer service and 1 week later the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

I ordered a Fourth of July shirt a month in advance. I emailed customer service the day after I ordered to cancel as I found one cheaper somewhere else but they said it was too late. It then took over a month to even ship/ print my shirt. I reached out prior to the fourth explaining I only ordered it for the holiday and customer service said there was nothing they could do. I will never order from them again

Terrible! Ordered a mug (very appropriate) the order showed one price ( incl p&p), but the confirmation email showed 15% increase! Sent a cancellation request- no response! Avoid mimegear!!!

Ordered short May 28 for Father’s Day. It’s July 13 and I haven’t received it. Said it shipped July 2. DHL courier tracking number can’t be found when I independently go to DHL site.

I bought the grandpa tee for my husband . He loved it and it looked just as it did on line. Very happy with it and will be looking into others.

While my order did take a bit long to arrive, I had no other issues. The shirt fit great and the quality is very good. I have gotten several compliments on it. I will order again.

It has now been 7 weeks since I ordered 4 shirts. Originally they said it would take 5-15 days to send, then switched to 5-20 days, but my order still hasn’t made it out of the “processing” stage. I have emailed and called about the status of my order and was told multiple times that the shirts were ready but for some reason they haven’t shipped yet. I was able to submit a claim, under the contact us link, and received a 50% refund.

It's been over a month and I never even got a confirmation email that I ordered a shirt. I spent $35 and I guess I was scammed. I wish I could report this business. It seems like almost every one feels like they were scammed.

Honestly don’t know where to start. Absolute scam. I’ve been waiting 37 days so far for a tshirt. Hasn’t arrived. Management unwilling to engage or offer a refund. Anyone giving this company a good review has got to be part of the scam. Worst service of any I’ve come across in my life time. Avoid at all costs.
