The products themselves were very good, but on the website there was a promise of very speedy delivery. When my order was processed and money taken, there was no mention of any likely delay. After a couple of days I E mailed them and was informed there was a delay as one of the items was a pre-order. I needed the order promptly for an event and so they suggested an alternative product that would, with the other items, arrive on time. However I had to pay more and this added a further delay.

I'd use the company again as the products were good. However on this occasion because of the lack of warning of a delay (was so relieved I chased them as would have been blissfully unaware!) I do think they should have waived the additional charge for the alternative product. Or at the very least pointed out at the time of ordering, that one of the items was subject to a time lapse as out of immediate stock.

We are really happy with both the Neapolitan Organic Pizza Dough Balls and the service from Minati.

As a family business ourselves, we really appreciate suppliers who are helpful, reliable and easy to deal with, and Minati have been fantastic. I had accidentally forgotten to order dough for an event, and they were incredibly helpful and really saved us at the last minute. Their support made a big difference and took a lot of stress away.

The dough balls themselves are excellent quality. They are easy to work with, consistent, and bake beautifully. The finished pizzas looked great and tasted amazing, which is exactly what we need when catering for events.

It is clear that a lot of care goes into the product and the service. We would definitely recommend Minati to anyone looking for quality pizza dough, especially other caterers or businesses who need a reliable supplier.

Super quick delivery, the dough is super is to use, stretches well, good instructions of how to store, and defrost ready for use, plus it tastes good 👍

I bought the New York pizza dough for a mini pizza party. I was so pleased with what I received and how quickly it all arrived. The dough balls themselves were really easy to stretch and were absolutely delicious.

I couldn't have been happier with what I go and will definitely be back for more in the future!

Easy to use dough which made great pizzas!

Great pizza dough and love the pots they come with.

I ordered up some pizza dough and the delivery arrived with some of the tubs damaged and some of the semolina tubs broken. The staff send replacement semolina which also arrived damaged. Overall I wasn’t very impressed with the whole thing, the pizza was good but I felt the way it was packaged really could do with being improved, the semolina was very small quantities and again badly packaged.

Arrived on time, tasted amazing, easy to prepare, fast customer service. A successful NYE pizza night for 9 of us and it was fun trying to stretch the dough.

Only downside is that they advertise products as 100% Vegan on landing page but on the details page for one product it mentioned they weren't Vegan certified. I hadn't seen that so it caused a panic. Was all fine in the end our vegan friends were happy with them despite the lack of certification!
