I recently upgraded to Mindbody Ultimate and implemented Attentive for marketing and sales pipeline for lead management. There was a learning curve, but my Customer Success Manager, Leonardo, set up recurring calls with me to get me onboarded and was always accessible by email. This system is already showing itself to be a game changer for us. Our trial offer sales are the highest they've ever been, and it's only a matter of time before we see conversions. I couldn't have made it this successful, this quickly without Leonardo's support.

Carlos Shulo has been very helpful throughout this stressful process of opening a brand new studio. It’s so much information and helps break it down in the simplest ways. I appreciate having Carlos throughout this process of opening my dream studio!

I'm writing this as a customer who uses Mind body to book my studio. Try to delete your account, I dare you. My account constantly glitches, doesn't let me fill out required information, doesn't let me change my password and makes it impossible to book my studio session. I tried to delete my account to create a new one and see if that fixes the issue, but an hour later, I'm still constantly redirected to the exact same pages that don't offer an option to delete. Attempted to find a customer service email and again the pages redirected my somewhere that didn't give me a support email. The number on the website to contact for help doesn't work. I just want my account deleted.

Trying to cancel the service has been a nightmare! Hours on the website and the phone, 4 phone calls over 4 business days just to get the link to set up an appointment to talk to someone about cancelling and the first appointment is 3 days from now at 4AM my time there were no other times that day. Why do I need an appointment to cancel the service?!? We are not even operating the business at this point. We had a 30 minute argument about the correct email to send the link to. They kept saying they sent it to the owner's email. We told them we didn't receive it but they refused to tell us what email it was sent to or accept the owner telling them he had one email and had checked spam and there was no link. We couldn't get them to change the email on record until I said it is clear that you are not willing to help us and I will just have to ask the credit card on file to refuse payment to mindbody. Endless frustration and I would never consider using mindbody for anything in the future!

Nayara was incredibly helpful throughout the process of setting up my profile. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made everything easy to understand. She answered all of my questions promptly and ensured that I understood the process of completing my profile setup. I truly appreciated her professionalism positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile. Thank you, Nayara, for making the experience seamless.

It wasn’t bad, but I wish it was better for putting together from the start. I already had my ideas in mind and would like to send them from the start to get it implemented faster. The calls weren’t really getting me where I needed to be, it was more about putting my ideas to work.
