All her sessions are so inspiring and motivating that you always feel like doing more with your life. You feel that there is still a ray of hope to guide you through and that hope is her vision to make and see you grow...!

This session of self healing is very useful. Actually I joined in this to know what is lacking in me to grow. And also have low confidence. By attending this class I slowly realised that this is not only my problem, so many are facing the same issues. With having so much talent I never get any better opportunities because I stuck in some way. By attending Nanditha Mam’s wonderful self healing session I slowly learned how to overcome my fear and gain some confidence. I am very much thankful to her to build confidence in me. Now I know I am not only a low confidence, procrastinating person but also loving , caring, hardworking person.

My journey with Nandita ma'am and TheraArt has just begun but I'm loving every bit of this course and the way ma'am facilitates these sessions!
