Don’t use , ordered glasses say I’m but actually china , glasses broke will not give a full refund , offered £4 when paid twenty . Fraudsters

Goods arrived and nothing like advertised just cheap basic glasses and usless will not refund offer £4 compensation. Stay well clear!

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Order two bee baths for a present and even though they seem to have a delivery note I have never received these items but they show no empathy for this and just keep repeating themselves. So upsetting as I thought I was buying from a company who supports mindfulness

Absolutely avoid this company, customer service is absolutely appalling, sent order confirmation with one amount & taken out more money! Company isn’t based in the UK, they’re based in Hong Kong! Cancelled the order seconds after I received the order confirmation but was told they had already shipped it but that was a lie! Avoid this company at all costs!

This is a scam taken more money that they should for a small order. Will be reporting as fraud to my bank Avoid at all costs. The email just bounces back so no way of contacting them. Would give 0 stars if it allowed.

My delivery failed to arrive end of Aug and for the last two months I have sent numerous emails and each time they reply advising there is an issue with the refund. So avoid purchasing anything form this company

Zero stars was no an option so had to put 1 star. I placed an order in July/August, still not received my order despite me sending several emails. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY AND I WOULD URGE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM IT. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU DO NOT GET TEH GOODS.

This is not a US company but a Chinese rip-off selling goods that aren't as described. Very poor quality.

This company take more monet than agree and are fraudulent. The product is inferior and they offered me £2 back after i had paid £36

Ordered size as per website, overcharged but got rectified quickly.
Waited over 6 weeks for goods, chased several times kept getting email saying sorry for delay and they will try and rush through.
Goods arrived , all same size of 4xl , it wasn't what I ordered and quality rubbish , no support , no elasticity nothing like the ad. Cheap nasty rubbish .
Asked company for return info , like everyone else refused return at first but offered gesture of £2,then £4, then £8 .
Declined each offer and asked for return info, return to China at my cost.
Scam company DO NOT BUY!!!!! Think any positive reviews are fake !
Thankfully I paid via PayPal.

Watercolour books without the paints, was overcharged, took six weeks to arrive.
As everyone else says, I should have read reviews and I would never have ordered.

I would actually give zero stars if it was possible! Took about 6 weeks for the bra to arrive, sizing was awful, quality was awful - my own fault for not reading the reviews… Won’t get caught out like that again!

The parcel never arrived. What I got for my money was endless emails telling me the delivery status was updated, eleven emails, but no parcel.

BEWARE ! Do NOT buy from this company. Took weeks for 3 bras to arrive to keep you happy they send weekly updates of your parcels journey from USA. They took £5 more than advertised cost. When they arrived sizing was completely wrong. After loads of messages they have offered me £4 as a gesture of good will! Or return parcel to China! Yes China not USA. Total rip off company

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Do not waste your money! Took an absolute age to arrive, when they did they were far too small and very bad quality. Wanted to return but told it would cost a lot to return to CHINESE warehouse Offered £2 then £4, I spent over £20! So cross with myself I did not read these reviews first. Well dodgy company selling absolute rubbish and keeping people's cash. Surley there are regulatory bodies which should monitor these companies and what they are doing.

Where do we start? I should have known better. Ordered 2 watercolour painting sets as Christmas gifts for my daughters. To begin with I was overcharged by over £6 and complained straight away via PayPal. To be fair this was rectified within 24 hours and I was then undercharged by a few pence. Waited weeks for delivery, was updated with tracking every few days and eventually received the sets today. One of the paint palettes is damaged and each page of Christmas illustrations is titled with a seaside heading such as lighthouse and crab . What is that all about? I need to give my head a wobble, falling for this absolute waste of money. Don’t be fooled like I was. Avoid this company.

Same as all the other reviews ! Before ordering I’d check their returns terms which stated I wouldn’t be charged for returns so ordered, bra way too small and they refused to acknowledge what is stated on their terms and conditions about returns ! Offered £2 then £4 compensation . Wish I’d seen other reviews first !!! Bra sizes totally undersized , rubbish quality

So disappointed with this company, I ordered bras using the size chart provided, they arrived about 6 weeks later and were far too small, I asked to return them as I paid £27.00 total cost, they wouldn't accept my request to return them, they offered me £2.00 back. I refused, the next offer was £4.00, again I refused. The next was £6.00. after many days going back and forth I eventually gave in and accepted it. Further confusing problems were the tracking for the items, one set of tracking was saying the items were being sent from America with updates on where the parcel was. Another set of tracking details was saying it was coming from China with updates on it's location still in China, I DEFINITELY WON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

One star is generous it wasn’t even a bra it was a band with no cups .
