The company responded quickly to my letting them know that I’d been overcharged by $10.00
They found the error and proceeded to refund me $8.99. The extra dollar I was not aware of was for shipping insurance. Their speed to find out what happened and correct it so quickly is impressive.

Nice Sunglasses
It was easy to order and my sunglasses arrived within 1 1/2 weeks and they look and fit really nice. I would have rated higher but for a snafu on the amount charged at the time of purchase. However, it was quickly remedied after I contacted support.

The images and dimensions in your online ad were bogus. The product that arrived was half the size advertised. You also overcharged my card, and when I called you on it, you promised to refund the extra amount. You never did.
